Liked the food fine, not the best Indian we have had but very good, decent food. Bread was not that great but curries were. They gave us a free house curry in addition to our order. Lovely, friendly staff is their strength on this visit.

After negotiating what to get for diner we ended in this lovely tiny place. Authentic furnished and lovely staff. They serve all the traditional curry's and rice dishes. Enough vegetarian choices. As welcome you get poppadoms and sauces. The curry we had was very tasteful and enough. if you fancy a nice curry this is the place in delft

We've been going there for a couple of years now, and although the owner changed, the food is still very good and the staff welcoming and smiley. The setting is cosy. Nice for a romantic dinner.

Being an Indian I can say this is a good restaurant if not very good. I have visited the place multiple occasions and was never disappointed.

Probably the best Indian restaurant in my hometown. Visited this place several times, always great food, with spices custom-fit to your taste. Good and friendly service. The restaurant is at a short walk from the city center, but worth a visit!

Deciding we'd need somewhere to eat for dinner while sitting in a cafe, I stumbled upon Maharaja. Feeling like an Indian my girlfriend I set off and in five minutes we'd found the place. Meeting our friends outside, we all took a cursory glance at the menu, which revealed that this place was a tad more expensive than the curry... More

I found this restaurant on a business trip and it was quite late on a Tuesday evening when most other restaurants had closed their kitchens. The Maharaja were happy to stay open a little later to accommodate me after my long journey from England by car. The waitress was delightful and the chef was excellent, taking time to prepare a... Having been told be colleagues and friends that I would struggle to find a good Indian Restaurant in the Netherlands I had given up the search. The Maharaja served a meal comparable with any that I have encountered in my travels, coupled with attentive, friendly, service, I would recommend a visit if you're in Delft and fancy a curry.
