This place is located in a corner of the big market square of Delft. You can eat in or out or just go for coffee or drinks. The building has multiple levels and caters groups as well in separate rooms (like parties).

This is a great restaurant with innovative menu by chef's creation. If you want to try good French right in the heart of Delft old city, this is it! Only wish I had. More wine to select from...other than that everything was perfect!

Okay we should have checked TripAdvisor before we sat down but.... Was a pleasant surprise indeed. Wait staff was prompt a multilingual in a crisp way. Food was great! Not a white tablecloth place, but if you're in Delft and would like to watch the passing bikes and walkers, while you enjoy good beers, great food at a decent price... More

This is a good place to visit. Snacks and brasserie meals outside or downstairs. Or, if you wan something altogether better and more enterprising ( and delicious) go upstairs to their high end restaurant. We stumbled on it by chance and how lucky we are! A gem of a restaurant with good cooking and presentation worthy of a Michelin mention.... More

We had lunch in this typical Dutch styled place. We were served excellent lunch sandwiches and salads. The list of beers is never ending.

There are 2 menus- we had the fancy upstairs menu but since it was August we ate outside in the market. Food was excellent as was the wine. Professional service and moderate prices. It was a lovely evening. In cooler weather the second floor is very scenic & many of the windows have great views of the market.

Stopped here for a drink, waited and waited, slow service all round. Gave up and moved on to the main square where attention and service at the bars and cafes seems far better.

I was back in Delft and of course back at a seat in De Waag. Last time I was here in June I listened to a live band, reveled with the dancers in the streets and enjoyed their tomato soup. This time Sunday afternoon was quiet and I ordered, the smoked duck breast, one of the starters as a mid-day... More

As the whether was great we ate out under one of the umbrella's but the inside looked very nice and welcoming. We had some beers, good choice and eyed out the fix menu which we saw was delicious, but a lot to finish, so went for a main course only: two types of burgers nicely cooked to order with a... More

Had lunch with my parents while visiting the lovely town of Delft. Had two ham & cheese sandwiches (very bready and lacking flavor), a portion of fries (over-cooked) and a salad (average at best). The location is lovely sitting on the edge of the square but the food was poor. Given the touristy location perhaps this is no surprise. The... More
