Stopped here with 4 friends for lunch while visiting the Zaanse Schans. The mustard soup was very good. The bathrooms are nice too. The building which houses the restaurant was once an orphanage.

We ate here with four on Christmas Eve and had the 5 course Chef’s Surprise Menu. All courses were nicely presented and tasty. Service was professional yet not to formal, and very supportive. Location remains superb. All in all a nice Christmas Eve.

The restaurant was in the past a well known high quality place. Atmosphere in the restaurant is nice, in the middle of a super touristy area. Food though is very average for the price you pay. We had a four course dinner, and nothing was...More

So I noticed a mix of reviews when we booked, but noticed that the trend seems to be good for dinner and take your chance for lunch. We booked for dinner and I actually thought it was a steak place. Couldn’t have been more wrong!!!!...More
