The Antipasto was disappointing, meatballs undone inside, a tomata sauce as part of it seemed strange. The pizza was fair, but not more than that. On the plusside: Water is obligatory the bruschetta fine, the red housewine pretty good, the waiters friendly.

The courtyard is a nice hidden spot in the center of Haarlem. Food looks good, and tastes okay. Had dinner here a few times but was never really pleasantly surprised. Service is very friendly but disorganised (like their website: the 'food menu' link will take you to their bio-store ;)

great ambience...one of our favorite little places in Haarlem. Love their pizzas. Thin crust, easy to eat a whole one by yourself! Salads are tasty, main courses also quite good. Dad and daughter always remember and welcome us. Give it a try. Worth a visit. Warning...they can get quite busy, reservations aren't a bad idea. Also, for future note -... More

Last night I've had the best Tiramisu in my life at this restaurant. Also I ordered the chef's favourite pizza on the menu. (pugliesi). It felt like a mini vacation to Italy.. We sat at a table where we could look right into the kitchen. I also fell in love with the authentic and intimate ambiance of this place. All... More

Definitely part of the slow food movement…you will need a little time to eat here. The staff speaks Italian or English and are friendly. My dinner of a mixed salad and the mushroom ravioli was especially good. I also had a couple drinks and my bill was just over 20 euros. Fairly priced. I think they may only take cash,... More

Very slow service. Restaurant was busy and we had to wait in a courtyard area, after 20 minutes we asked if we could get a drink while waiting waited another 20. Waiter had no pen, got the simple drink order wrong, waiter thought another had taken food order and 1 meal forgotten. 2.5 hours for 3 pizzas and 2 pasta... More

This restaurant is owned by an Italian family and you really experience that because they talk Italian/Dutch to you and to each other. The ambiance of the place is great and very romantic. A great place for a date! They've also got a cosy garden were you can eat too. The food is good, but ordinary. You have a lot... More
