From the second you walk in the door, the atmosphere is homey and lively. the service was exceptional! The vent was open near our table and the manager came over to close it and make sure it was closed and that we were comfortable. The wait staff was knowledgable, friendly and spot on. The food was great! Especially the fish... More

We found this restaurant around the corner from the hotel, close to Dam Square. The wife went with her favorite Guinness Stew, I had the Cottage Pie. We were both pleased with the selections

We were looking for a nice pub with a good atmosphere. We found it here, a lovely clean environment with a perfect combination of providing an attentive service without being over powering. The food was excellent and great value for money.

Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Standard prices for an Irish Pub in a big city. Food was bland -seemingly lacking any seasoning- but looked fresh enough and was otherwise okay.

Try the lamb stew with a pint of Killkenny Red! Absolutely delicious! Maybe it's a little "pricy", but worth every spent cent!

I love this bar. I have to visit every time I come to Amsterdam just to get a decent pint of Guinness. The food is always hearty and tasty. Great place to watch live sport too.

Called here for a pint, got a pint of Kilkenny and to be honest got a better pint in Greece than in here, was a bit flat. Glad I didn't eat in here though as it does seem a bit dirty.

Neighborhood Profile
Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.
