This place is great for lunch, the bustling of the street just added to the alfresco eating, it's great people watching, the service is on the ball, the food was lovely, the staff were friendly and so helpful.

We just had the Sunday Roast here which was pretty good. Service is a lot to be desired though. We wanted desert after, but no one came near us, we got fed up, paid and left. We'll get our desert somewhere else.

Lovely pub with very friendly staff and the food is gorgeous-they are not mean with their portions I would highly recommend this pub for food. We only found it the evening before we went home and would have eaten there every evening if we had found it sooner.

I went to Molly Malone's Irish Pub yesterday and was going to go back today. I saw write-ups about O'Reilley's and thought I should experience another Irish pub here. Bad mistake. After going to the bar to buy drinks I became invisible at our table. I went to the bar again. Good bar service. At the table we were invisible... More

Having read other reviews of this place, I expected staff to be friendly and attentive. Neither of these were true. I had heard that Friday night was a bit slow so I am pleased we were there on a Thursday. The food was quite nice, hot and well presented and quite large servings. If you are looking for an Irish... Two art galleries in one morning, the Rijks and Van Gogh calls for a break This pub is nearby with outdoor seating to watch the crowds go by. Friendly staff, good service and plenty of people tucking into what looked like good honest food. Recommended

My fiance and I popped into O'Reillys for a little drink before heading further into the center of Amsterdam, but once we'd started speaking to the bar staff, we realized this was going to be a friendly and chilled place to have a few drinks (and adding to that, everything was cheaper than anywhere else we had been to in... Staying in Centrum

Neighborhood Profile
Centrum
Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.
