On a recommendation we booked a table and enjoyed a well flavoured varied choice of dishes running from lightly spiced to fairly spicy. Service was attentive and friendly. We wanted to try Indonesian food in Amsterdam. This was a quaint little place. Choice was good but limited. It was lovely to we an open kitchen with nothing to hide. Atmosphere got lively as if filled up. Pleasant experience.

We visited Tujuh Maret after a long walk in Amsterdam city. We are not familiar with the Indonesian cuisine so we ask te staff for recommendation. The very nice waitress recommended us the Rijsttafel. All kind of different dishes such as chicken,beef,egg,vegetables and rice. The flavors of those dishes were delicious and very tasteful. Been here a few times now and loving this place, the atmosphere, the location, the service is all great, price is reasonable too but the best of all is the food with lots of great varieties it definitely hits the spot.. Thanks tujuh maret, I will definitely be back!

My husband and I travel twice a year... And we get to go Europe every year...We are blessed to get the chance to eat at different restaurants.
