My wife and I had an exceptional 6 course dinner. It may sound like much, but portions were appropriate, beautifully presented and delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed, we were not rushed at all, and had a wonderful evening.

We had the amazing 6 plates dinner menu. From the beginning everything was great, the greeting was personal and welcome, like we had been there before. We had a nice table by the window and then the show started. Appetizers with Blanc de Blancs, matching...More

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and polite staff, but ufortunatley the food was a disaster. The portions were way way to small. Dont arrive hungry. The first dish was way to salt, especially a hollandaise that killed the flavour from the asparagues. The second...More

One of my personal favorites. It’s not that hidden anymore but still a gem. The place is crowded so do make a reservation.

Ended up dining on my own. Staff really courteous and helpful. Assisted getting my wheelchair inside. Explained the concept, ran through the menu and wine options. Explained every course as it arrived. I had 6 course taster with added cheese board and paired wines. The...More

This place is pretty impressive and I'm sure sturdier meat eaters love it. We found it a little gamey. I think it's better for more adventurous eaters. The service and wine were great, though. And we loved some of the courses.

We had an excellent diner there. Service was excellent and their space is very welcoming and nicely decorated. A lot of efforts is put into the menu. Be aware though that the meat they serve is very offal (kidney, sweetbread, tong,...). You will like it...or...More

Almost unfindable in an alley just off a main street in Amsterdam is this unassuming restaurant. Our reservation was a little early, it wasn't very crowded, so when the server asked if the chef could cook something for us, leave to them, it wasn't immediately...More

Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of
tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists
and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the
best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe.
Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops
of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones
Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods
such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring
