Excellent Restaurant Overlooking The Canal.

Great menu, ranging from light fare to steaks and fish. Our server Daan was a pro. Friendly, attentive and helpful. He was gracious with his time when we had questions about Amsterdam.

Great service, great food

Enjoyed a tomahawk steak perfectly cooked guided with great wines and excellent service. Daan nailed it.

Another fantastic stay

This is our third visit to this hotel and restaurant. The food is amazing and the service is excellent, I would like to mention Daan for looking after us, nothing was too much trouble. The roof bar is fabulous. We will be back again soon.

5 Star Service

Great food. Daan was by far the best waiter we have ever had! We dined twice and both nights he was amazing taking the time to explain the menu and suggest wine pairings. Go Ajax!!

“According to the kitchen light we are in the right…..”

After returning the steak (ordered medium rare, delivered medium), three different people come to the table to have a discussion about medium rare. “According to the light in the kitchen, it is medium rare.” You don't even need good light to tell the difference between...medium and medium rare. Excellent service, great food and reasonably priced

Excellent service and food in an upscale restaurant. Daan our server was spot on with his recommendations, great customer friendly personality and very attentive without being overly so. The food was excellently prepared, salmon, rib eye steak, steak tartare, caesar salad, beet risotto and an...incredible dessert for two. The meal was a real value. Recommendable! FOOD IS LOVELY and staffs were great

I really had a great time with my boyfriend and i love it that they prepare a very nice table with a good view. Thanks to my very welcoming and friendly colleagues. Specially Catherin and Jurrian. Food aswell is really good. Loved it!!More

I will come back here!

Very tasty food and stunning wines and beer, bound to bring great topics to your table at the center of Amsterdam! The only downside is the waiters don't know if the restaurant was named after Clint Eastwood 😅

Outstanding service by Julia, Marolijn and Ana!!!

Enjoyed the ambiance, the food and the best hidden gem is their courteous, attentive and outstanding staff. Julia, Marolijn and Ana really do an outstanding job catering to the patrons. The food and drink menu is excellent, and they enjoyed learning and making the cocktail...I requested which was Texas ranch water. The DJ was playing awesome music as well!! Great experience
