Spur of the moment decision to have dinner here and we were very pleasantly surprised. Good/friendly staff and very nice 4 course dinner (5 with the surprise mini pre desert) and a few amuse bouches. Will certainly be back!

Excelent restaurant. Amsterdam’s favorite. It is located somewhat outside of the center, but definitively worth the trip. Very nice ambiance, excelent food and very courteous service. I was alone and chose the four course menu. I was asked to choose between dessert or cheese. I...asked the chef to decide and got both! In the end, my meal was nine small delicious dishes, a real feast! Service is also very quick for such a culinary experience.More

My God! This was without doubt, the best meal I have ever had. We were staying in Amsterdam for my boyfriends birthday in November and booked here for a special birthday dinner. We had the 6 course tasting menu and did the wine pairing too....I normally just drink white wine, but they had red wines and a dessert wine with the meal and I really enjoyed them. The staff were so pleasant and not too intrusive. I would recommend anyone staying in Amsterdam to eat here. Can't wait to go back.More

One of the most incredible gourmet experiences in Amsterdam. Not to be missed, the plates were perfectly presented with attention to vegetarian offerings and pescatarian tastes. We loved every morsel and texture!

Our meal here was great! My husband was nervous that he might not be able to eat some courses because of his dietary restrictions, but they were able to make just a few slight changes to make this an interesting and memorable experience. I am...still thinking about the dessert, which is one of the best we’ve ever had (and we eat a lot of dessert)! I also was very happy with the cost—it was a very high value for the money. A place like this in New York City would be 4 or 5 times as much!More

I would have taken a photo of every meal if it wasn't a business dinner! Every meal was delicious. We went with seafood and vegie 'surprise' and it really is fantastic. The deconstructed tiramisu was the best tiramisu I've ever had. I couldn't recommend this...enough, definitely put it on your list if you're in Amsterdam. The meal is also incredibly good value for such high quality food and great service. Our waiter was wonderful and his incredibly friendly/happy. A perfect match for the great food.More

Went here to make up for not being together for valentines day. We chose to go for the 5-courses with wine pairing because why not?? It was fantastic. It was nice to be able to pick fish or vegetarian since I don't eat meat. My...wife made up for it. :-) The wine pairings were perfectly done and the service was on point! The chef even came out to bring us one of the courses and sat down to explain everything. I can't even begin to explain what we had. It was all a surprise and there were so many layers to each dish......it was fantastic.More

Hi there isn’t a menu per se. you pick fish and meat or vegetarian, 4, 5, or 6 courses. Chef makes whatever he has sourced and feels like making. That’s the fun of it. It was fantastic!!
