What ten years ago began as a wild dream is now reality .. Daalder chefs Guillaume de Beer and Freek van Noo rtwijk go Guts & Glory prepare the finest products in the best ways. "Fish 'n Chicks, Cows and Pigs" It concept is simple, each season will be one of the animals at the center where we work exclusively with top quality meat and fish. Even eating Bresse chicken, turbot, Wagyu beef and Iberico pork is possible!
