We were staying at an Airbnb around the corner for 5 days and I swear I could've eaten here every day! The food is fantastic, and on the last day (October 13th) we sat downstairs by the kitchen, and the two chefs were SO much...fun, our server was AMAZING and the bartender was a riot - I can't believe I somehow didn't get their names, but one of the chefs goes to art school, the other is bald from stress (HA!), and our server was soaking wet! Thank you for making my birthday so special - you guys were fantastic!!!More

Nice restaurant located in a quaint neighborhood which opens till late. Kitchen closes at 11pm. The pork chop was marinated well and meat was tender and juicy. Loved the appetisers too. Friendly staffs who were very attentive and friendly.

We wanted a good Dutch restaurant for our evening meal away from the tourist area in Amsterdam. We also had a dog with us so wanted to sit outside. We were made very welcome by the owner and staff, who moved tables for us and...provided water for the dog x. Meals were excellent. Would recommendMore

My family had dinner at this local Dutch restaurant and bar. Most of the clientele were local Dutch, as Affourtit is not within the Amsterdam canal ring. Our dinners were all quite tasty. We ordered both off the regular menu and from the list of...daily specials. Service was also efficient and friendly. Highly recommended for a good value meal.More

I really suggest you to stay away from this place if you want to have a properly dinner! The worst paella ever, only the steak was okay but comparing to how much we paid I would say you can find easily a better restaurant!

Our local go-to spot for a nice meal with the family. Very friendly staff and a great menu that is updated seasonally. Look no further if you'd like a classic Amsterdam big steak for two with patat and salad. Lovely long bar. Nice outdoor seating...when it's warm, but especially gezellig in winter as well.More

We were staying in Amsterdam for a few days and came across Affourtit when walking back to the house where we were staying. We decided to try it out and were not disappointed. The food, the staff, the furniture and the music were all excellent...in every way. We were very lucky to have found Affourtit and strongly recommend it.More

Stopped by for a beer here and ended up having a meal later. Flammkuchen goes nicely with both beer and wine. Grilled ribs are also nice, bit pricey though for what you get

We had a late dinner with four of us. The kitchen is open until 23h. It was quiet. The menu offers a diverse selection with indonesian, thai and other dishes. 3 of us had catch of the day with 'harderfilet' which was the specialty of...the day served with pasta and 'venkel'. It was very delicious! One of us had a lasagne and it was very delicious too with a very unique taste. The specialty desert was lemon cake with berries. Very good too! Service was good and people were very friendly. Overall we had a great night with very delicious food.More
