I went with my colleagues and everyone liked the food. It really tastes good. Really above my expectations. As an experienced eater of indonesian food I was impressed. We ordered the rice tables and some satays. The satays are delicious. The staff is really friendly...More

Looking for a restaurant for our penultimate evening in Amsterdam, we came across this one. The menu offered an interesting choice, and as we walked in, it was obvious that this was a popular spot (so book if you can). Eager to let my wife...More

This is a delightful, cosy restaurant close to the Dam Square and Centraal station area. The vegetarian rice table is superb and great value. Wine list is limited, but well chosen and priced. Highly recommend to vegetarians and vegans.

Visited on a busy weeknight. Service was a bit slow and food was average. Nothing really stood out as particularly flavorful or even freshly made. Have had much better "rice table" at other restaurants in Amsterdam, but this is fine if you are in the...More

Didn’t go to the Red Light district for anything but this restaurant as recommended by our boat tour captain. Very good vegetarian rice table with interesting dishes and lots of food! Staff was very pleasant and overall very nice meal!

Red Light District (De Wallen)
To visit Amsterdam and not explore De Wallen (the
Dutch name for this area) or to go only to gawk at its
saucier aspects would mean missing the opportunity to
view some of the city’s most picturesque canals,
historic landmarks, and impeccably presented examples
of traditional local architecture – not to mention
Amsterdam’s own Chinatown, Europe’s largest Buddhist
temple and more local treasures. Sure, there are some

Pretty sure you can get gluten free most of the items in the Rijstaffel, but call the restaurant like any one else would do :)
