Very last minute dinner. The owner was very accommodating for our party of 4. We decided on chicken and steak fajitas. Very filling, steak was out of this world tasty and well cooked considering we turned up last minute and they had started clean down of the kitchen. I would definitely return and make a point of adding it to... More

This out of the way restaurant is a must visit in my opinion. The owner is a very humble and inviting person and the atmosphere is so relaxed. Food was very tasty at an extremely reasonable price and you are still close enough to go to the main bars and clubs afterwards if you want to. As it is getting... More

Stumbled across this restaurant and were lucky to go inside! Kind staff, and good Mexican food. Authentic rather than texmex!

Great authentic Mexican food served in a bustling and happy atmosphere. All diners looked to be enjoying themselves. Nice Mexican atmosphere, candles etc. Tortillas, chilli, salads, fajitas were all great. Worth a visit but book a table or get there early. It was busy even on a Monday night! Toilets on first floor, take a hard hat if you are... More

Really enjoyed the food and service at Alfonso's, it was close by the hotel and I was craving for a burrito, so decided to check them out. It didn't disappoint.

You can't eat at a Michelin starred restaurant every night. This was good, cheap and close to our hotel. The food was good and so was the beer.

Meal didn't look too good on plate and was even worse when I saw it again down toilet. I have eaten in some lovely restaurants in Amsterdam and came across this by chance when out for a walk. I wish I had kept walking. I have flown home now and still getting stomach cramps. Not good
