Very well composed flavors - and beautiful dishes to look at, too! The high ceiling and large glass windows add a serenity to the dinner. We were very satisfied with the service and the food, the only negative thing was that suddenly our time was...up, the table was needed for the next party of guests. We could have spend another hour there in the fabulous glass house, had it been allowed.More

We had a dinner with the family in this restaurant. We asked for a special table as one family member had birthday. Location is great, food amazingly tasty. Especially the lamb leg was awesome. Strong recommendation.

Spacious wintergarden-esque restaurant with lots of light and modern interior. We had the Burrata with beetroot in three different textures and root vegetables on the side, as well as a falafel with caraway-sauerkraut, various sauces and a root veggie side. Both of our plates exhibited...a sound aesthetic concept and were just filling enough. Recommended!More

I would give zero stars if I could. How can a - I guess good quality - restaurant with so much space (nice inside, great beautiful terrace) keep 40% closed in order to reduce walking distance for staff in times of Covid-19 (this was the...feedback of one of the waiters). We friendly asked for a table with little bit more space than being seated in the middle of the crowd. Clear answer no! We asked again that we would prefer one of the 30 tables which are not in the middle of all people. But there was a clear no and argueing that Covid-19 policy is covered by having 1.5 meter space.. So we decided to go. Outside one of the waiter followed us to keep continuing to argue. Sorry guys, that is just unfriendly, and in times of Covid ridiculous to have such a stupid concept.More

Waited 15 minutes for a menu, gave up at 25. Terrace was half full, and there were plenty of servers. Really no excuse for this.

Food was nice but cold. The restaurant is nice inside and the staff are generally friendly put overall the experience wasn’t worth the cost, we’ve had better food in Amsterdam

We live nearby and went by for dinner. We ordered two entrecote steak dishes and it took more than 30 minutes to receive our meals. The steaks on both plates were cold-ish (luke-warm at best). The vegetables were warm. I politely explained it to the...waiter who offered to bring us another two plates - which we said no to as we already had waited 35 minutes for the food to arrive and did not want to wait another half hour. The quality of the food therefore was well below expectations. When we paid, we were offered free coffee for the delay (?) which we didn’t take as it was 10:30 PM at night already. The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice. We live close-by and had been looking forward to visiting De Plantage and we felt quite disappointed.More

Delicious food, good service and beautiful spacious restaurant. Would recommend to go for here for dinner, try the oysters, salmon and cheese dish + some delicious wines!

Busy place, rammed on Saturday night (before 7pm). Nice table, big windows with light decorated trees outside, very atmospheric. Good food, entrecote steak with marrow, risotto with poached egg, lovely. Duck with boudin noir, slightly overdone, but tasty. Eclectic wine list with something for everyone....Little pricey, but not ridiculous. Previous reviews mentioned slowness of service, it was slightly slow, but the place was heaving and the wait for food never got to the "where the hell is it?" stage. Staff did well under pressure.More
