If you're in Amsterdam and you have that "sushi need" feeling Tomo Sushi is a must.
We had soup that was delicious and sushi with sashimi. The sushi is fresh, made on the spot. This is a must when you're in Amsterdam!
Having completed a 4 day cycle from London, four of us decided to spoil ourselves to sushi. Tomo was nice and central, so we sat out front in the decent weather, and began to order pretty much everything on the menu.

Been here many times and enjoyed a great meal with decent service. So good that I went out of my way each time to tell the sushi chef just how much I enjoyed his meal. NOT ANYMORE! The waitress rolled her eyes and made “...More
We made a last minute booking for 12 during a business conference.
We ordered a mix of plates and ended up ordering the same again for us all to scoff.
I’ve done sushi samba, sexy fish etc and would rate this as the same or...More
Nice friendly staff. Japanese food was what you would expect in a Euro restaurant. Expensive way to eat Japanese food but at least it gave you what you might expect.

My son and I are quite the sushi snobs, so we were not expecting much from a sushi place in the tourist district of Amsterdam. But boy were we surprised at the amazing sushi we had at Tomo Sushi. As our waiter explained, they take...More

Dined with my friend, the sushi was very good, the other dishes were excellent too.
Would definitely recommend reserving a table, the service was perfect and we'll definitely be back here next time in Amsterdam!
Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring
hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.
