Friendly staff, warm decor, we enjoyed a terrific tomato soup, oysters and a beef carpaccio. The main dishes looked amazing But will need to return to sample more NB Gluten-free seems to be available everywhere in the Netherlands. Beautiful prints on wall by mark Kohn, amazing portraitist.

We went here for a nice dinner out, we had a reservation, although ironically the restaurant wasn't too crowded this evening. The food was Phenomenal! I had the Ribs. they were up there with the best I've ever had! Desserts were equally as good!

This is up a quiet street, and looks inviting from the outside. We had pre-booked, and it was quite busy on a Sunday Night. The fish was superb and the sauce to die for. This was accompanied by a superb wine chosen by the waiter. We finished with the cheese board, and again the waiter walked through the collection. Altogether... More

We initially sat in the main part of the restaurant but it was a bit warm and the staff could see we weren't sure we wanted to stay. They immediately offered to take us to their covered patio in the back and ensured we were beside an open window. This attentive but not intrusive level of service continued throughout our... More

So many things to say about this place... Beautiful building, decorated with a lot of taste, with all the flavor of Amsterdam divided in different areas that can accommodate from a romantic dinner to a company event. The service was indeed excellent, super friendly and professional, and the seafood was great. I really like places where you can try the... More

We were told that this was a good place to get authentic Dutch food, but nothing on the menu seemed very Dutch. Their specialty was spare ribs, which were very good, but not "Dutch" to me. The cost of the meal was a little bit more than many other places we tried too.

This was just around the corner from the hotel that we were staying at. It's a good fish restaurant. I enjoyed the grilled turbot. The service was friendly but they were under staffed.

The service in this restaurant was as outstanding as the exquisite food we enjoyed. Their seafood was prepared perfectly. The smoked herrings with onions and beet salad are not be missed! After two generous starters, we split a fish dish and were delighted. Excellent attention to detail in the kitchen and wait staff who anticipated every need without hovering.
