We went to this restaurant for the first time in my "dining carreer" and certainly not the last time. What an experience this is! The seasonal menu is really delicious and made with love. The chef and servers were both professionals and really kind. It was a great evening with lovely food and wines (!). It's certainly worth your money.

During a recent stay at the Okura, we treated ourselves to a dinner at the Sazanka. We had the 'Sazanka Classic' Menue with matching wine / sake pairings ( Careful, the pairings are really good but you will drink a lot!!). It was a great experience. All our courses were delicious and extraordinary. Our chef was VERY young looking but... More

This was my first experience in a serious Japanese teppanyaki restaurant, so it is not so easy to express a fair judgement. I have tried the seasonal menu with the Wagyu beef fillet (which comes at a sensible additional cost with respect to the standard black angus), plus I had a taste of the vegetarian menu. The overall experience was... More

We ate in the Sazanka restaurant of the Okura Hotel last year and it is just as great as last time. The flavours of the food and the presentation are really something and although it isn't cheap, it's worth every penny. This time we had the classic menu which was 90 Euros and last time we had the tasting menu... More

Atmosphere, show, and food was very good. My friends surprised me on my birthday with this place as I had never been. So glad they did. Some of the best Asian fusion teppanyaki ever.

We started with a drink (which was very nice, Gingerish drink) and opted for the Sazanka Seasonal menu. We were very pleasantly surprised with the oyster dish, the wagyu beef and the deer in teriyaki saus. The black angus beef dish with seasonal vegetables was a bit of a disappointment as we expected more than just bean sprouts and gai... More

Great atmosphere, fantastic service. Come here if you are in the mood for a show, a fancy yet casual night out with friends, family, or associates. I loved the fish cooked with a bed of salt. The dessert was also very nice. I wasn't so terribly impressed with the beef, it's not on par with what you would get in... More

The Teppan-chefs will prepare the most delicious fish, meat and vegetarian dishes on a hot iron griddle at your table: a la minute cooking with Japanese precision. The contemporary Japanese interior, inspired by the elements of stone, wood, water and fire, is an oasis of tranquillity. The teppanyaki griddles are large enough for seven to ten guests and are ideal for both business and celebratory dinners. Sazanka is open for dinner from 18:30 to 22:00 daily. Lunch can be prepared for a minimum group size of 10 people and must be booked in advance.
