Small restaurant with small tables and basic Asian decor. Only 1 server looked after the whole place (seemed like the owner). The portions are average size and a bit pricey but very tasty.

Mediocre food. This place could be so much better. The waiter was brusk and the food was bland.... There are better in Amsterdam.

Tasty food, good service, averagely priced. Went in because we were looking for some asian food - were not disappointed. What else does one want from a random lunch while away on business?

Random walk in to this hidden restaurant on one of the side streets. Food was good. Reasonably priced. I had the hot and sour soup - very nice. And the char Sui with noddles. Big thumbs up!! 😜😎 This restaurant also has wifi

We went to the Java restaurant hoping to find some good Indonesian food. We found exactly the opposite, the food looked as if it has been cooked a week ago, I didnt even dare trying the eggs they served us. In addition, the prices were quite high, especially taking into account the lack of quality of the meal served. Conclusion:... More

We had found this restaurant one year earlier quite by accident. This time we made a bee line for it.Some of our coach party enjoyed rijstaffel there but we were happy with the more familiar Chicken Fried rice. The portions were fine and prices reasonable though, yet again, only one man appeared to be serving so service wasn't the quickest.

This review would probably not be read by tripadvisor members, as anyone who checks reviews before chosing a place to eat will not go to this place. We were four tired adults with two teenagers, who happened to be near this restaurant and glad to find there a free table at the end of a busy Sunday. The food is... More

Good food and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly. I would recommend and would visit again. Situated in the centre of Amsterdam.
