We didn't have time to have an extensive lunch somewhere and read good things about this take away.
Around 1:30 PM there was a line all the way to neighbor Soups. Because it seemed to go quite quickly, I got in line. Once inside, the line was much longer, but from queuing to receiving our sandwiches it took 20 minutes. Fine.
There are signs everywhere with the menu on the way to the cash register.
I had a gorgonzola sandwich with walnut oil and my husband had spicy salami. Also a pizza slice, tiramisu and a bottle of water.
€14.50 all together.
Unbelievably cheap and really delicious.

wow!! What a hidden gem, everytime we went there was a long line outside and I can see why. The food is SO GOOD very tasty and the portion sizes are very good. Amazing value for money would absolutely recommend anyone to vist here for pasta,sandwhiches ect

truly amazed, one of the few Italian places here in Amsterdam that truly represents Italian cuisine. sandwiches made well with typical, quality ingredients. the highlight that we didn't expect is the tiramisu which is so good sometimes not even in restaurants in Italy, I would say a lot of stuff. :) ADVISED !!!

Me and my pal were recommended here by our bike tour guide. Mad queues, super busy kitchen staff turning the orders round. The freshest looking quality ingredients. A great range of sandwiches / panini / baguette.
I had the arpino (sun dried toms; pancetta and rocket) and it stunned me. My pal had the Mondello (I think) and said it was tip top.
Two sandwiches, and two large sparkling waters came in at €12. No money!!

Probably the best value & good tasting food in amsterdam. This place always has a queue for a reason!
We had the Cibata Madesimo, Gorgonzola and arancini plus an americano. All of them excellent and well priced.

Amazing food! It’s very affordable compared to the general prices in Amsterdam and it’s absolutely delicious. They don’t accept cards there (some of the cards) so be sure to take some with you when visiting and you cannot eat there, all the food is take away.

We had five different sandwiches and all of them were terrific! Affordable, with great service and they slice the meats in front of you and then load it into freshly baked breads. Authentic and delicious!

Loooove this place! I've tried a few sandwiches now and they were all delicious and fresh. Great value for 3.5 euros. The perfect spot for a quick and easy lunch.

Authentic Italian vibe, friendly team, delicious options for vegetarian and meat sandwiches. I definitely will be coming back. Around lunch it can be very very busy.

Amazing italian sandwiches near the dam, a bit hidden, in the Spuistraat. Tasty sandwiches (and more!) for takeaway with a good price. My favorite is the Cortona sandwich. If you're looking for something else than the regular (tourist) shops, this is the place to be!

Caldi e freddi is an amazing Italian deli shop. All of their sandwiches sell for the same price; 3€50 for a bite of Italy. The sandwiches are freshly made in front of you and with Italian products. There are also super tasty vegetarian options available. If you are looking for a place near the city center to have a quick bite without wanting to sit down for a while, this is the place to go.

A little gem with sandwiches, panini and more. Obviously very Italian and with the emphasis on great taste and simple, but good food.
The price is unbeatable for what you get and this comes highly recommended!

There is a place to sit but there are no tables so it's not really a restaurant but if you feel like having a good Italian food and atmosphere (not by the red white squares maps but by the friendly Italian staff) you should definitely go there.
I had an eggplant lasagna for 4.5€ reasonable price for a delicious filling meal. They also have pizza,sandwiches (made by request with fresh made bread), calzones and more. And desserts! :)
I was there around 13:00 which was rush hour but you couldn't feel it waiting in line, they are very efficient. You get your food within few minutes.
