We were here in November .It was very bad , when you came to restaurant, waiting 30 min for pizza , first reason was - special sauce on the table, you can see it on the photo . It was on the table all time,...only after question to waiter, he is bring it back. Need to train the personal. I working in the same field and im understand how to work. So, if you want disappointment - feel welcome.More

Previously have this 4 out of 5. Returned again and expected the same device and standard of food. The ‘waiter’ can’t have been more than 16 years old and had no idea how to serve people. No cutlery on the table, no napkin and even...when he realised and we were getting up to get our own, he couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge what he had done. The pizza had the pineapple thrown in one place like the staff couldn’t be bothered and the amatriciana was full of grissle. The service was poor and the food below standard. I really would not recommend. We went to pasta pasta just up the road which was lovely and cheaper. A shame to write this review as it was a great restaurant with good memories, but not any more.More

Vodka + Coke came out to £10 on its own (admittedly in a large glass but still nowhere near that price). Meal itself was disappointing for everybody in the group, with the pizzas being ok but nothing to shout about. After the meal, one of...the waiters accidentally dropped some dishes on one of our friends, in the process hurting her back and leaving a bruise (not to mention any stains left by all the food that spilled down her coat). The waiter did apologise (accidents happen), however the manager could only offer a free drink, something that meant nothing to us as we were leaving to go someplace else, and outright refused to refund any part of the meal as compensation for the incident. I understand that a full refund is unfeasible, but not even taking €10 off to me just screams poor service. Overall the price of the meal inflated massively due to the overpriced drinks. Personally would recommend going somewhere else as this place was not worth it.More

Service was slow from the minute we walked in, took 15-20 minutes just to bring 2 Cokes over. Noticed we weren't the only ones being treat like this as the table next to us waited the same and also looked puzzled as to why there...was such a long wait for drinks. Food also took a while to come out. We had pizza and it was nice, the bottom was a bit burnt- average pizza overall. We asked for the bill as soon as we finished as we wanted to leave- another 15 minutes to bring the bill over. I would understand if it was busy but the restaurant wasn't even half full. Waiting staff seemed to avoid eye contact at all costs. Again left wondering if this restaurant has a problem with tourists? As tourists we're actually happy to pay the prices and usually leave a generous tip, however we didn't leave a tip on this occasion as we felt the service was so bad,More

Visited your restaurant for the weekend after a city tour. I liked the service. Polite stewards, deliciously cook pizza and pasta. Beautiful interior, pleasant music sounds.Tahks to the steward for prompting tasty new diches

The restaurant itself was quite nicely done but the service was shocking. We were shown to the table and sat waiting for ages and not even offered a drink. The waiter took our order and I had to go up to the bar and ask...where our drink was. The food came and it was actually quite pleasant. The staff were rude and inattentive. Avoid like the plague. There are plenty of other nice restaurantsMore
