Easy and simple food. Looking for a quick bite, definitely the place to go to. Very good value for your money and conveniently located in the centre.

I am hesitant to give this place a review. I come here allready for more than 20 years at least ones every 2 months. Its like coming home. The staff, and especially danny, are always very friendly and welcoming! Most of the times its busy and you have to wait, but you can have a drink in the meantime at... More

Came here as a three on Thursday evening. All had steak with different sauces. Steaks were delicious, large portions and all cooked well (all slightly under by British standards but still tasty and edible). Really nice pub/restaurant. Would recommend

Food Is quite cheap, but good basic (fatty) pub food. Nothing kinky, you know what you get. I vote stay

Visited the restaurant with my wife whilst on a city break. Good menu choices and we were able to mix and match, having a main and a starter. These were supposed to arrive together but after 15 minutes it was clear it wasn't going to happen.. Our waitress was very apologetic and we got a round of drinks on the... More

We were staying in the same road as this place so we had to try it, and so glad we did. It was very busy so we waited at the great bar they have. We had to wait for the food for a while but when it came it was a massive meal and very nice to. I got the... More

Eating out in Amsterdam can be expensive. Thank god for this place. Great food with plenty of flavour and good service for an acceptable price. More commonly known to the locals this place is a hidden gem when found. It can get quite noises but it is a typical Dutch eetcafe (similar to an English pub). I strongly recommend trying... More

Pub food. Sandwich was low quality. Stroganoff steak very good with fries and slaw. Pints poured quite short. Service rough and ready

Good food and generous portions for a decent price. Spare ribs fell of the bone which is always a good sign, the service is ok but they won't come unless you get their attention.

As stated before by others - food was OK but the staff members have a lot to work on. Especially the 'older' part of them... The younger girls are extremely helpful and kind. Starters are real starters sizes, so maybe a bit too expensive to be just starters... Excellent tomato soup :)
