Delicious freshly cooked meal, had chicken and cashew nuts !(loads of cashews). Service was efficient and friendly. Couldn't fault it!

We greatly enjoyed the 32 euro menu, we were too tired and hungry to choose for ourselves. Service was friendly and efficient and the food well presented and plentiful. Would go again.

Absolutely one of the worst restaurants I've endured in my time in Amsterdam. My friend and I went here for dinner on our last night in Amsterdam and asked for tap water to have with our meal - to be told they 'didn't serve tap water' - which is beyond annoying, obviously, but something we could have dealt with, if... Stayed nearby and didn't want hotel food so ventured north and had chicken and sweet corn soup and Sichuan chicken which was very spicy hot. Good service and good price too. One of the better Chinese restaurants in town.

We came here whilst staying at a hotel just up the street. We were impressed! I think we were the first through the door that evening and the service was very friendly. The decor and atmosphere was relaxing and romantic. The food was delicious. Even the side salads that accompanied the food was delicious! One of the tastiest Chinese meals... More

This Chinese Restaurant was right next to our hotel in Amsterdam and we were so impressed we went twice out of the 3 nights we were there. The manager Nicky Lam was very attentive at all times, as were the staff - she was full of interesting stories. Nice comfy place with a great choice of excellent food.

I've been going to New China City for years and they've always managed to maintain a consistent good quality. The menu is quite extensive but one of my favorite dishes remains the sweet and sour shrimp with noodles. Service is good and the ambience very pleasant.

Chosen largely because it was close to our hotel in south Amsterdam which being in a rather residential part of Amsterdam did not have a great number of restaurants near by. A lovely restaurant with very good friendly service. We had an excellent meal and were very happy with it. My wife deciding to have a Remy Martin with her... More
