A small, delicious place. When we walked in I was nervous because it was small and the kitchen is exposed. But the food was great! Definitely worth the trip and the money. Free Wi-Fi and good portions.

we went to this restaurant as a couple. the restaurant is not so fancy - not a place for a long dinner. but, the food is very tasty, the service is very friendly - and if you want to come to a quick Thai meal - that's your place.

Main dishes between 12,50 and 14,50. Really cosy and personal service. Thai women are cooking original dishes. Not a touristic place! Really cosy with only 7 tables inside and 3 outside. I Would recommend this to anyone who is into real tai food.

Walking into the center of Amsterdam and came across this wonderful little Thai restaurant. We didn't know what to expect but the good smelled wonderful and ultimately the food did too. Nice service and recommended.

Got the pleasure to dine at Warie's Thai Food as the vegan restaurant I wanted to try was closed. Great pad thai prawns, chicken satays, and tofu satays. The cooks are always on alert for any one needing help! Great service.

Sat inside. Some of the absolute best Thai food I've ever had. Cannot wait to come back. Smiles all round from the staff too!

We actually felt like we were back in Thailand!!! We had 4 different dishes and shared each and the waiter was wonderful very accommodating. It was a gorgeous day and we had a 1.5 hour lunch and although the restaurant was very busy, they didn't rush us in any way. Next trip to Amsterdam, we will again enjoy!!!

My wife was just saying, "I want Tom Kha Kai". I looked out the tram 13 window and there was a Thai restaurant. Went in expecting blah European Thai... Boy! We were surprised. The Tom Kha Kai soup was spicy tangy full of galangal and flavor. Very tasty. I got green curry tofu and vegetables. Also very tasty. Service was... More

Staying in Jordaan

Neighborhood Profile
One of Amsterdam’s most preferred outdoor markets and some of the city’s favorite watering holes are but two of the many reasons to save ample time for a stroll through this especially convivial warren of narrow streets with its unfair share of quirky shops and quality galleries. Historically a haven for the working class and emigrants, these days the Jordaan is better known as an enclave for artists and designers. As popular as the Jordaan is as a destination for locals and out-of-towners alike, the area never feels particularly touristy or overrun with outsiders. A highlight even for long-time Jordaan residents, be sure to accept any invitation to step within one of the area’s beloved courtyards or to have a sneak peek inside one of its many working studios.
