The hotel we stayed at was a few blocks away from this restaurant and was noted as a place that guest liked although the front desk rep said she had never eaten there. My husband, son and I had a wonderful meal! The restaurant clearly...does a lot of take out and catering as the dining area is very small. This should not deter you. It is a very warm spot with lots of character. The food choices consisted of various pasta and vegetable dishes. We had spaghetti, stuffed ravioli and lasagna. Sides of roasted vegetables and broccoli rabe. It was all delicious! The desserts were good and the mini bottles of wine were also very good. The staff is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. WE will plan to have another meal here when we visit Amsterdam again.More

My husband and I were looking for a light, casual dinner and were delighted to find this lovely neighborhood Italian caterer/deli. The food was fresh and natural. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed salmon with grilled vegetables and some eggplant ravioli with the...house wine. very tasty, very fresh, very clean, changing dishes, good prices by the kilograms you take. worth buying food for take away. we found the place by chance and liked it a lot! not very popular but worth tp pay a visit.

One of Amsterdams hidden gems. Italy on a plate and it feels like home. Great place, great food. Great hospitality of an Italian couple that migrated from Italy to Amsterdam.

We had the most lovely lunch here a few weeks ago. The place is originally meant to cook for the catering business, but they also have a few tables for customers. It was a great experience: typical and natural Italian food (Italian writing here) in...a relaxed environment with lovely staff to take care of us. The Italian lady was lovely and it was great to see how they were preparing and cooking for the catering. The lady was so nice that when she saw we were eyeing some rather inviting frittata with ricotta they were preparing, she brought us some to taste! Heartily recommended!More
