Master pastry chef and chocolatier Kees Raat, writer of the award-winning book ‘Ice Time’, prepares irresistible creations from honest, organic ingredients. Chocolate ‘from bean to bar’, brownies, mud cake, hot chocolate, macarons, praline and merenques. Hard to choose? Indulge in an ice tasting or chocolate tasting (including sniffing of cocoa!).     Great food!

    I have to say I would of given this place 4/5 stars for the food but the staff really let this place down on this occasion! They were quite rude. We had been sitting for ten minutes at a filthy table yet to be cleaned....More

    Yummy!

    Me and my partner visit this cafe every time we come to Amsterdam. It's very reasonable (compared to some of the prices in the centre) Waffles, gelatos, dutch pancakes. Delicious, filling and friendly staff. Recommend!

    great products, all home made chocolate, great atmosphere

    Wow my daughter and I had a hot chocolate with cream on top it was so delicious and you could taste the cream until the last mouthful can wait to come back at Xmas and have more.
