Was there the Second Time. Perfect food. Try the scallops and the beef salad. And then take the mixed Indonesian 3 course. It’s ridiculously good. Thanks Max!

Our hotel recommended the Max when we said that we would like Indonesian/fusion. We were certainly not disappointed. The rijstaffel was fantastic. I would definitely recommend and hope to go back when I am next in Amsterdam.

Nice spot for Indonesian food in center Amsterdam. Friendly and cozy place with a well cocked menu. The confited duck was very good. Wine list is way too expensive.More

We had a nice dinner here, with good wine. It's a little trendy, but good. And they were good about making some substitutions, since my husband doesn't eat red meat.More

Your about 3.5Km away. So approximately a 45 minute walk! If you are visiting the Anne Frank Museum it's only five minutes from there. Hope this is helpful, have fun in Amsterdam!
