Went in for a beer and something to eat. Beer was as expected at a brewery outlet. No complaints there. Our choice of snack - Pizza - was a completely different experience. Ordered 3 slices each at €15 a portion.... what arrived at the table...More

Great outside bar in the heart of Vondelpark - fun to sip a cold one while people watching and enjoying the park. Not sure why there's so much hatin' going on for them. We loved it and met some great people!

Vondel Park is a wonderful park in the centre of amsterdam. I have been many times but never been here, until I heard the bar was now brouwerij t'ij. Enjoyed a couple of beers in the glorious sun on a wonderful day in amsterdam.

What I like best is this place as a meeting place. Sometimes the queues are so long and no clean tables. But maybe that is the charm about this place. I like the barmen and women. And the cappuccino.

Even on a crowded sunny day in Vondel Park, the efficient and friendly cafe is the perfect place to have a light meal, a drink or a snack. Tourists and locals mingle at tables scattered outside. This is the cafe that should be in every...More

better to enjoy it outside. the place is quite small inside and cramped. plus there was a couple with a baby in a pram, i do not think they will appreciate someone smoking in there.
