Momos. Just order the Momos. They are so unbelievable that we had them as an appetizer, main course and then even ordered another appetizer instead of dessert. This is always one of our stops in Amsterdam. The homemade sauce is wonderful. The location is great and the service is excellent. Don't miss out.

My wife and I went for dinner on a Sunday evening. Our first time experiencing Tibetian food and we weren't disappointed. Their momos and fried rice tasted fresh and great. Only reason I am not rating them 5 star is due to lack of multiple card payment options. They only accept Maestro (?!) card or cash.

I was just walking around.. Wasn't really hungry but as I saw Tibetan restaurant I thought let's try. Very kind waitress and very good food. A nice small restaurant. Love it.

Never had the Tibetan version of the asian dumplings, but it was very good. Tried the veggie and pork versions and have to say the veggie version is better. Goat curry was a close second.

Personeel tried explaining us different dishes on the menu, but we found the choices simply too much. Foods tasted more Western than Asian, but tasted alright at the end of the day. We were looking more for authentic taste, so we were a bit disappointed. Portion was ok. Expected more variation.

A "simple" restaurant driven by a gentle tibetan couple. Very original food (quite different from a thai or a chinese !), so, something to discover/explore !

A brilliant place to eat out in Amsterdam! We were greeted by a lovely waitress who was very friendly throughout our whole meal. We were quickly given menus and drinks and our order taken. The menu itself was very extensive but I opted for the chicken noodles, whilst my friends chose steamed dumplings and sweet and sour chicken. Each meal... More

It was a rainy evening in Amsterdam and we entered in this place with curiosity to try Tibetan food. Our waitress was all the time very friendly and made us feel like if you were in the living room of her house. To eat we ordered a mix of plates from Chinese dumplings and noodles to Indian curry and tender... More

Every time I go to Amsterdam I make sure to have at least one meal at Snow Lion. Simple, very fresh ingredients and excellent service combine to make a memorable experience each time. The husband and wife team who run the place work extremely hard, and it shows -- the quality of food and service is never less than stellar.... More
