Can get very crowded due to its location on Damrak and next to the Royal Palace. Average DeliFrance chain store with passable sandwiches and pastries.

For me this place is a big fail. I was going to place my order at the counter. There was a costumer with a dog. The saleswoman was there, stroking the pet....then she came back behind the bar and..... she start serving me....without wash her hands first. Well, I decided to take off all the food from my order-list, I... More

We stepped in for a breakfast and were very disappointed. First of all the lady who made our food did it with bare hands! No gloves, no washing hands- absolutely nothing. imagine yourself seeing your food been blended and carried with a stranger's fingers, and been plated as is. The lady was very rude and unfriendly! We ordered 3 toasts... More

Went there for breakfast Food is ready made so hardly any waiting time I then ordered two drinks and the lady preparing them was emptying milk bottles into the coffee machine then grabbed two cookies with the very same unwashed hands and served them with our coffee!

Very delicious breakfast with a difference 😊 the service is very fast but not very hygienic... The people who take your money will serve the food!

Came here for breakfast. Food and drinks nice but staff could be more efficient. No gloves worn while handling food, staff members wearing dirty scruffy clothes as their uniform. Some staff were chatting to their friends who were customers also, need to improve service and attitude towards working.

If you want to have a breakfast or a snack during the day or at night go there...the bread is French style like the French baguette as well as the cheese brie...many types of cheese combined with cheese or meat...delicious sandwiches besides desserts, croissants, juices...I like it...

We stayed at a hotel near Delifrance on Damrak in Amsterdam and came here for breakfast most mornings as opposed to eating at the hotel's buffet. They had a special which was the choice of a sandwich ( I got the ham and cheese), a croissant, orange juice (fresh squeezed) and either cappucino or coffee for 11 euros. The staff... More

In Amsterdam city center. Make your own sandwich or choose from pre made ones. Delicious cheese and dosages with fresh baked bread. Drink coffee or fresh orange juice with as little as 10£.

Neighborhood Profile
Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.
