My partner and I came here for dinner on Friday 8th April and we had lovely food! Yet it took us 30 minutes just to get the menu, and then another 45 before they took our order! We called out to someone about how long...we had been waiting and saw a waiter discuss something with another waiter, and then nothing happened. Then there was more discussion and if anything the waiters looked angry, deliberately not looking at us, and showing no interest in serving us. The food came out swiftly, yet it was a shame as we felt like we were always forgotten and other people took priority, making us feel like a burden upon the waiters. There were moments where we saw them chatting, when they could have easily come over and taken our order. I am young and so is my partner, and we felt out of place, as most of the attention was on the other half of the room. We understood that there was probably a business event, or something along those lines, but I firmly believe that does not call for pushing aside other guests. Every guest is important! It was an expensive place!! BUT we wanted a nice meal out for our holiday, but we were not expecting it to take up the entirety of our evening. This place keeps surprising me with their food. Today i Tried the Quiche from the menu it's delicious and a good portion, it made make the effort to go to trip advisor and write this review! Friendly staff must go to winter and summer time.

Popped for an evening meal out based on good ratings and wasn't disappointed. Had an amazing steak - though fair warning - they don't ask how you'd like it, they just bring you a rare to medium rare steak - which was absolutely beautiful. About...the only down side was some pretty bland chips. Aside from that, everything was great. The restaurant is big and open but has a fun, intimate feel to it. The staff are chatty and so friendly. I've eaten here a couple of times now, both for lunch and dinner, and every time I am amazed at the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. The inside of the place has fantastic decoration, there is also a table football...and pool table downstairs for the kids to enjoy. Outside you can sit by the water under the trees. Highly recommended.More

Went for a family dinner on a sunny early evening. We sat outside on a long wooden table. Superb view of Nemo, the Maritime Museum and all the boats passing by. The menu and wine list are quite compact but all the dishes we had...were tasty and the wine focusses on great value wines (mostly French). Prices are very reasonable. Overall a great experience. It is a bit out of the way and is best reached by bike, but well worth the trip.More
