Probably the best kebab I’ve ever had…absolutely recommend a visit. Turned up late on a Monday and was able to get a seat, but it’s a good idea to book. Bread and olives as an appetiser with the best spicy spread.

By far our favourite place we ate on our trip. Incredible food with swift service even on a very busy evening. The food was incredible. One menu but very easily understood what was gluten free. Their menu is available on their website with allergens laid...out too. Everything was separated so we could still share our starter (hummus, aioli, bread, and olives). My partner had the house speciality and I had the chef speciality for mains. We shared the chocolate mousse for dessert. It was fantastic! Booking is recommended but it wasn’t too much of an issue mid week. But it’s a must visit for your evening meal! Thank you to the team for making us so welcome!More

Visited a few times in a week, as it was close to the hotel. We didn't need reservations, but they might be a good idea. They seem to have an easy time accommodating small or large groups. The food was pretty good. I especially liked...the chicken thigh dinner, and the tzatziki . The service is a little slow. Also, we had to remind the waiter every single time to bring the salad that comes with the meals. The salad usually arrived around dessert time. They have a good selection on the menu, and they can also supply an English menu.More

We are a Brit couple visiting Amsterdam. We are blessed to eat a lot of Greek and Middle Eastern food. This was so fresh, the meat juicy, and selection excellent. Thank you for a lovely evening on such short notice

Absolutely outstanding! Second time I have eaten here, the first time was with friends, tonight was on a city break with my wife. The food is superb, fresh, exceptionally well made and presented. The staff are fantastic, the perfect balance of attentiveness and just letting...you get in with it. We had the white bean salad and the stuffed peppers to start followed by the chef's special oven baked kebab and the Gypsy Kofta. One of the best places we've eaten in any city. Booking is essential though.More

Staying at the nearby Monet Garden Hotel I had pre selected this restaurant based on previous reviews. It’s a nice authentic Mediterranean restaurant with efficient service and delicious food. We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone staying nearby and would return ourselves if visiting...Amsterdam again.More

We ordered the vegetarian tapas for 2 and it was very good, only the patatas bravas could have been better. The Turkish white wine was good. The serving staff are friendly and kitchen seems quick and efficient. Would definitely be back.

The food was very tasty. The issue we had was the service. Mix up with drinks but that was OK as our server was new and we got our drinks and starters in reasonable time. We then sat and waited and waited for our main...course. Waiters came past and ignored us as did the Manager. Other tables were served and cleared after coming in after us. After an hour we were really not happy. The manager took one dirty starter plate away and asked us if we were ready for our mains. Nothing arrived. Another waiter had to be called to clear the rest of our plates and we asked for our main courses and he came up with some excuse that he thought we hadn’t finished our wine! When the food did arrive it was very good but our evening was soured as it’s not nice to feel invisible and ignored when everyone else around you gets a decent service.More

My wife and I were excited to try this because we love Greek and Mediterranean food. But as soon as I saw Kunefe listed on desserts that was it, we were dining here. We decided to share a bunch of starters for our dinner. We...got the wrapped grape leaves around rice, the hummus, breaded calamari rings, the Gambia’s. Croquettes, the potatas bravas and the Cerkez Tavugu which said highly recommended on the menu. This was a Tapenade of minced chicken with walnuts, mayonnaise, cream and paprika. This was quite YUM. As a matter of fact we enjoyed everything quite well, but the calamari rings were a little over cooked and just a bit chewy. That is what kept me from giving a 5 rating. We had a rose wine with our dinner. The Kunefe truly lived up to what we remember it tasted like the first time we had it in Jordan. Outstanding. Overall a great meal and I highly recommend This restaurant.More

My wife and I booked for lunch on the last day of our stay in Amsterdam. The staff were so polite, friendly and helpful. I ordered an assortment of tapas and my wife had the chicken. The waiter helped select the tapas, based on my...preference for vegeterian and fish. The food was served quickly and very well presented, and tasted absolutely superb. In fact we were brought an extra tapas dish on top of the 6 ordered. Our only regret was that we were eating early in the day having already had breakfast and so we could not endulge as much as the quality of food deserved ! The restaurant itself is calm and relaxed, perhaps because it is a short walk out of the very central tourist area of Amsterdam. The price was also very reasonable given the high quality of food on offer. Would highly recoomend to anyone visiting Amsterdam to try this restaurant.More
