The food was innovative and the focus on exceptionally interesting taste and textures . This new, beautifully decorated and ambient restaurant looks and feels like it’s been established a while... but at under a year old is really making a mark.
The quality of both service and food is outstandingly high, the meals are well proportioned and deliciously tasty... a cut above and very reasonably priced

I came here last week with my 2 housemates to celebrate a birthday.
The restaurant is just lovely! We were welcomed by a lady who immediately showed us our very nice table near the window.
To start we had the Tagliere with cheeses and cold cuts to accompany our drinks and then tried different primi's and secondi's. It all was fantastic!
They also offered us some Limoncello to finish the dinner, which was a great touch.
You can really taste the good choice of fresh and Italian ingredients in the dishes and the hospitality is the one of a real Italian trattoria in real Italy...
I would love to be back soon.

We had a wonderful and special evening in Trattoria Graziella. The interior has been designed with great attention to detail, it is comfortable, warm, stylish yet intimate and certainly does not feel like a hotel restaurant. So is the service that is particularly attentive, present but not too present, accurate and friendly. It also feels like a Trattoria and not a Ristorante.
The food is definitely very good. Most dishes are slightly creative variations on regional dishes. But prepared with respect for origin and ingredients. A lot of attention has clearly been paid to the choice of those ingredients. The deconstructed panzanella is not only funny but also delicious. Chapeau for the polipo and especially the croquette! 10 points for the cavatelli but also one of the best gnocchetti's ever. Light and elegant like a spring breeze. Tasty bread and always well replenished per la scarpetta! Wine list is interesting, 100% Italian and no champagne but Franciacorta, broad and deep enough with some big names but above all lots of beauty from the Mezzogiorno. Price-quality ratio is really good. A few extra desserts would be fine, the Dutch love that and come back for that too.

Went for diner yesterday and everything was perfect! Service was amazing, everybody was so friendly, we got a lot of attention from every waiter/manager even though it was busy and the food was delicious.
You guys did a great job. Would recommend it to everyone.

Food was really good especially the traditional dishes, location was nice as well and on top of all the service was really fast and super friendly. One of the reason I loved this place was the staff'service which was above the average in Amsterdam and also above my expectations.
Definetely recommend this place and definetely I would go again to try the rest of the menu.

Very disappointing. Never heard of this before. Three course dinner for 60 euro and a main is not included in that price. Only a starter, a small pasta, and a desert. Then they try and upsell you a main and gaslight you if you think it's bizarre that a three course dinner is advertised without a main.
Foodwise very little choice. The Vitello was overcooked and small portion, the rigatoni with beef ragu was fine but nothing special at all, and the mille feuille was sour and tasteless.
Waiters were pleasant enough but overall spending 500 euros for seven people and every person int he party walking out underwhelmed is massively disappointing for such a great hotel. You are better off in the lobby ordering bitterballen and osseworst and saving 450 euros.

We had a bit of a hit and miss experience for dinner at this restaurant. It is inside a very nice hotel and the setting is gorgeous, but the service didn't match the surroundings - inattentive, somewhat disorganised and quite flustered; even though the restaurant was only half full. The food was nice but several dishes had issues; the octopus and cannellini bean starter was 95% beans, my pasta dish was over seasoned and the ravioli wasn't as good as the one we had the night before.

Really rude staff, made a reservation at 20.00 and a deposit of €50,- for diner but they told me it was at the bar. After telling them 3 times, we didn’t want to sit at the bar and also we didn’t specifically made a reservation at the bar, we could sit at a table in-front off the door. when the door opens there is a flow of really cold wind, that they even put there 2 tables is a really bad service.
Also Mind you, all the tables were empty … also when we left.
We eat 1 course and asked for the bill.
The staff asked how it was, but when we wanted to talk to them about our experience the lady just walked off in the middle of this conversation and never came back.

We visited this lovely restaurant for an early Saturday night dinner. The decor is beautiful and high quality, but the restaurant still feels very comfortable allowing for a relaxed meal. The bar eating area is an excellent design touch.
The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, and really went the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of. The food was delicious and high quality. We really enjoyed having lots of smaller portions that allowed us to try different things. We were given some bites on arrival and then chose a further 3 courses and shared a dessert. The portions were just the right size.
We will definitely be returning. It's the perfect place to enjoy dinner with friends.

I had quite a shocking experience here. Ordered the papardelle, it arrived at room temperature. I sent it back for being too cold. The chef came out with a new, smaller portion which wasn't plated properly, and aggressively told me that I shouldn't let it go cold this time and that whether it was warm enough was my opinion and not his. By this point he was shouting across the restaurant and other diners were looking.
At no point was there an apology by anyone in the restaurant for the cold food, or the chef's behaviour.
I raised it with the hotel's front desk who did apologise and comped another drinks bill but I still felt this was shocking enough an experience to warn other travellers off.

Nice and friendly personnel but very poor dishes (antipasti, primi, deserts) for a very high price. Low attention and low quality antipasti. Papardelle seemed not even home made, for 22 eur. Wine 11 eur per glass...
Considering the focus on families, and mediocre food quality, I would recommend to half the prices or more, and manage expectations properly.

We had to change our plans twice and needed the restaurant in the hotel. We were lucky tp get seats as this is a delightful place to dine. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The dishes are well presented and of good proportions. They are also lovely to eat. The antipasto mixed platter was carefully chosen and make sure your are hungry as there is plenty. We were very happy to choose the restaurant a second time during our stay. The ambience as well as the food is excellent.

What started out as a casual dinner became a culinary delight thanks to chef Ricardo. Menu items considered to be standard were elevated to a high level of refinement, and he even came to our table to explain a particular item and then add a complimentary tidbit. He is a gifted and gracious chef.

We’ve spent an incredible night in this gem. The restaurant is well curated in all the details, starting from the ambience, classy but not pretentious. The interior design is impressive, as much as the service and hospitality of the staff who is taking care of every detail. Last but not least, the food is absolutely delicious, respecting the traditional recipes, with a glimpse of originality. I am Italian and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Staff is very attentive, and I also went into the kitchen to thank the kitchen staff as well for making my experience complete.
