I was feeling a little desperate that there were no really GF aware restaurants in Amsterdam. Then checked online and came across glowing reviews about Cafe Piazza. Booked for dinner..what can I say but superb..service.and meal....waitress was the best..full of understanding and able to recommend...a non meat gluten free choice for me..as a coeliac who has been very ill after eating so called 'gluten free ' meals so many times I could hardly believe how fabulous this unassuming restaurant is. I ate the bruschetta starter..First time in 25 years I ve been offered this as a gf choice, outstanding goats cheese pear and walnut salad..heaven..and first time in 30 years TIRAMISU..GF beer...my meat eating non gf husband loved his calamari starter..very generous portion, lamb cutlets and garlicky roast potatoes and his Italian gelato dessert! Go there...relax all coeliac as you will be in safe hands. 10/10More

Very tasty Italian food and wine. Super home made ravioli special. Well managed establishment and centrally located. Would recommend.

Cafe Piazza was lovely for a good Italian dinner. The pasta dishes were delicious and reasonably priced and decent size portions. We also had a lovely pannacotta for dessert. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an Italian meal while in the area.

This was our 1st and probably best dinner experience here in Amsterdam! The gluten free lasagna was INCREDIBLE! They had gluten free bruschetta and even gluten free tiramisu which I haven't been able to have in forever! Oh and the "regular people" loved their food...too. Great service, cute place, cute neighborhood, well worth it!More

My adult daughter and I visited this restaurant two nights ago. We ordered bread starters, a pizza and a drink each. The food was nice and very reasonably priced. What was wonderful was the ambience of this place. It had such a nice feel to...it. The staff, a lady and a gentleman, were fantastic. Very very friendly and attentive. All in all, a great dining experience. I would definitely recommend 😃More

We really had a great evening with delicious italian food. The glutenfree menu has many options and the pasta is very tasty. Very kind people and great ambiance. I had 2! main dishes because it was so great to have so many glutenfree options.

After much searching we finally found a great Italian restaurant that has lots of gluten free options. They don't offer gluten free pizza but had lots of gluten free pastas and even a gluten free bruschetta. The pasta was cooked perfect al dente and the...bolognese sauce was very good. They had a good selection of Italian red wines as well. The service was excellent we had a very good dining experience at this restaurant.More

As far as gluten free goes- 10/10. We guess that it reflects on the normal menu as well. The food was amazing, the place is cozy and beautiful, and the staff are a delight. We will return, and recommend going there highly, especially for celiac/gluten...sensitive folk (and other dietery restriction apply, they were very aware to the issue) who crave italien food.More

We had a family dinner, all kids took the spaghetti bolognese and clean the plate 😄 We also took Lasagna and TAGLIATELLE DI GAMBERETTI which we really loved. Desert ( Tiramisu and TARTUFO NERO ) were very good. In addition the service was remarkable.

First night we had pizzas for dinner and they were fabulous. We loved the place and the pizza, so we decided to come back for a second night, same table. We ordered pasta and dessert, the pasta was cold, full of garlic...non edible at all....Dessert was not Italian, the tiramisu was done with lots of vodka, not for our liking.More

Very tasty gluten free pasta and lasagna. Tee with mint was natural and just fabulous! Beside that I must asking, that the stuff was so friendly and welcoming, we really enjoyed one chatty waiter.

Lovely little cosy restaurant with a warm feel to it. Staff were lovely- especially the man serving us! Pasta was so so nice and my boyfriend really enjoyed his pizza- so much so that we came back the night after to eat again.

Can't remember details, but they did a number of gluten free dishes, which was good for me, and I'm pretty sure they also had vegetarian options.
