We went here with our Amsterdam friends. Nothing much to look at from the outside, but a queue at the door, which is always a good sign. Attentive staff, but basic tables. However, the food was lovely, a great choice of pancakes, both sweet and savoury. We couldn't manage a sweet after the savoury. Very reasonable for the centre of... More

Had a fantastic breakfast here. Pancakes are to die for but make sure you book, there are queues to get in!

My wife and I came in here on a quiet night in Amsterdam and enjoyed our meal. I ordered the venison steak and had a variety of local beers.

Our hotel recommended this restaurant and it didn't disappoint. It has a combination of traditional Dutch food and food that you'd see on a higher end American restaurant. What was really nice was that they offered any dish for kids, just a smaller portion and at half the price! Two out of our three kids like to eat off the... More

We enjoyed an early supper after making a last minute reservation. We happened to be staying near by and were very glad that we did. The staff we encountered were were very helpful and friendly. Tuna entree was very good and the vegetable choices were excellent. Our wine selection did not disappoint and the chocolate truffle coated desert, was divine... More

This is such a nice little restaurant in a nice area in Amsterdam. We went on a quiet Sunday night (usually full on Fridays and Saturdays). I mentioned I was gluten-free (sensitivity) and the waitress sat down and went over all the dishes I could eat. I had a sautéed fish which was fantastic. Really friendly and helpful staff. Would... This is a cosy, busy little spot on the Prinsengracht. Nice cocktail aperitifs, and a pleasant meal. I tried the tuna and it was cooked beautifully, Ali g with a green salad and fries. Expensive for what it was but hey, it's Amsterdam. Overall, a nice night out, would go again

We saw this on trip advisor and decided to give it a go. It didn't disappoint, it's a lovely area near the Anne Frank house. The starters of pulled pork croquet was delicious. I had salmon and my partner had the steak. The waitress was so efficient informing us that one portion of greens would be sufficient between two. I... More

Having tried places before and found they were already full, we phoned in advance and booked a table.. however when we arrived, we probably didn't need to. I really don't understand why though! The food was amazing from start to finish! We both ordered rib eye steak, "lazy women" fries (fries with the skins on) to share, as very kindly... More
