Daalder is an excellent restaurant headed by chef Dennis Huwaë, offering up Michelin quality meals in this popular dining venue along Lindengracht in Amsterdam. Reservations are highly recommendable. Opening hours are 12-2.30pm (lunch) and 6.30-10pm (dinner) from Friday to Monday. They are also open for...More

My wife and I still can't get over how great our recent dinner experience at Daalder was. One of the best meals and full dinner experiences we've had in a very, very long time. Well worth the money and we will be back on our...More

This place is by far my new favorite spot in Amsterdam. Fine dining on the highest level in a relaxed atmosphere. Every dish is a pure pleasure for the eye and mouthwatering. Perfect wine paring too!

Insanely good food. The dishes ranged from plain delicious to a multidimensional journey of the senses. The wine arrangement was also very fitting. Crazy delicious but not crazy expensive.

The service was impeccable and as good as any Michelin star restaurant. The cooking is of course Michelin standard. We took a 3 course meal for lunch. You only decide whether it is 3,4, 5 courses you want. The chef decides the rest. We came...More

It was really fantastic experience, we loved the set of meal, I would like to congratulate the chef and his creativity. You need to advanced booking, at the weekend as far as I realise there is no places for whom not booked.

At lunch, there is no choice, only a fixed menu. The poached egg and the St Jaques did not do much for me, venison good (but chocolate sauce?), and the lemon sorbet masked as a corn cob was a delight. Waiters fast and correct with...More
