To say Vinkeles was an experience would be an understatement. From the moment we stepped foot in "the hotel", not even the restaurant the service was the best I have ever had. I have dined with over a dozen Michelin rated establishments and I rank Vinkeles as the number one spot. Their atmosphere is quite cozy and beautiful. It is... More

Vinkeles is a Michelin starred restaurant so expectations are high. Restaurant is located in the Hotel Dylan off of a quiet street so you have to know it's there. The entry into the restaurant and the restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. The hostess and the wait staff are not only professional and efficient but also friendly as well. The prix... More

A truly fabulous experience. This is a top dollar experience at a top dollar price but worth every penny. The staff are brilliant. The best wine pairings we have ever had. Worth going for the amuse bouche alone. The dishes are adventurous and really tasty. Check menu in advance if you have allergies. We don't and loved it all.

I wanted to write and commend the exceptional staff at Vinkeles. I knew it would be tough to get a seat on a Saturday night without reservation but stopped by anyway. We couldn't get in but the maitre d' picked up the phone, called around to nearby places and got us a wonderful spot for dinner just down the canal.... More

We were very lucky to get a table, only 3 nights had availability in December. There is an a la carte menu or tasting menu. We went for the latter, which consists of 8 courses + a couple of Amuse Bouche. The food was excellent; we enjoyed every course. As you can imagine this place is not inexpensive, 110 euros... More

We didn't go for the full tasting menu but had the foie gras and Dover sole. Outstanding. Just as the service and ambience.

We booked the chef table. We got to experience the way chef handles the food and the way it's cooked. It was a great experience, the food was fresh and delicious. We will be visiting you again.

Vinkeles is housed in an old bakery; which was set up in 1787 by the Regents of the Catholic Church, who at the time owned the building. The bakery flourished until 1811 and guests still can see the original ovens, which were discovered intact during restoration work.Echoing the décor of the hotel, Executive Chef Dennis Kuipers’ menu combines the traditional and the modern. The dishes served in Vinkeles show Kuipers’ love of the contemporary French cuisine. He combines the freshest ingredients to produce a menu that is delicious and unique to Vinkeles. In 2009 restaurant Vinkeles was awarded a Michelin star.
