We stumbled across Bussia whilst exploring Amsterdam and if you are looking for Fine Dining - come here. Everything stated in the previous reviews we can vouch-for, the food, service and ambience is set-up to deliver a first-class dining experience. We just had a single course which was amazingly good and reasonably priced. However, we did feel 'out of place'... More

With a group of 16 co workers.. We had a private room upstairs with an amazing dinner experience.. Paired with amazing wines. The service was amazing, food was more small plate served with a Dutch style of service.. Attention to detail the entire meal!!

We had the 4 course menu and were very happy with it. The dishes were innovative without being pretentious. All well prepared and very tasty. Portion sizes were good too, filling but not too much. Service was attentive and explained all the dishes. Price was good (not cheap, but very acceptable for what you got). Highly recommended!

Mmmm I do not want to say bad things but trying too hard and not enough info on the web that this is four, six or eight course degustation - if that's what you're looking for great but googling great Italian it was not clear this was so OTT.

I thoroughly enjoyed this well run restaurant when we last visited Amsterdam: the food was elegant and well presented, the service efficient and friendly; they had some great wine selections by the glass; interior was very cozy and bright; for the high quality of the cuisine and the impeccable service I found the prices to be on the reasonable side;... My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the meal and the service provided by the staff of Bussia. We have traveled a fair amount throughout Europe and were impressed at the service and the overall quality of the meal. We had the 4 course menu and the food was excellent. The main course was cooked as advertised and had... More

I have been at Bussia multiple times and still very satisfied with the way the perform. From the customer service to the way food is served, this place excels. Making a reservation is a very simple process… You either call or send them an email. We had a reservation for a party of 5 that needed to reschedule last minute... More

We had a great dinner here. Party of four, sitting by a big open window, typical of the old buildings in town. We went for the 4-course (rather than 6- or -yikes- 8-) menu with wine arrangements: antipasto a salad with young goat cheese, very fresh; primo lamb ravioli, wonderful even on a hot day as it was; secondo a... We chose this place based on reviews as well as walking by it on our city strolls. It did not disappoint - my husband and I had the 4 course tasting menu while our daughters chose ala carte. Aperitifs were good but quite expensive. Had we known the price of those two drinks would not have ordered them. The food... More
