Cute, clean and friendly. Was able to select from a 4, 6 or 8 course dinner. Courses are no more that 4 or 5 bites at most, but very artfully presented and creatively tasty. Dinner for 2 with a nice wine was about 250 euros. We were seated near a very boisterous and very drunk group which eventually killed the... More

It caught my eye while on my moped touring Amsterdam. It looked chic and I was actually looking for an Italian lunch, as a little taste of home. I sat outside and was promptly greeted by the host. He chatted a few minutes wi me then sent the server. She was nice and took my order. I asked her about... More

Stopped by attached by nice presentation of dishes people eating outside. They have set menus of 35 euros and above. A la carte also available. The size of dishes signals one should expect outstanding quality but we didn't have such experience. The food was good quality but not a wow. The dessert was swimming in a very thin sauce that... Bussia is geared more toward sophisticated locals than visitors but it is an exceptional place indeed and well worth a visit. The concept is to offer contemporary variants on a loosely Italian theme and it is executed with considerable refinement and finesse. The food is really unusual and really good. We thought it comparable to highly ranked restaurants at a... More

it is a gourmet restaurant but not french type that i don't like... the food was definitely different and over the 6 course dinner I would kill for at least 4 of them... if you are a couple try the 8 course with different choices... taste everything, you will not regret... you need to make an early reservation and check... From our waitress Katya to the owner Natalie the staff makes you feel at home. I would Call the food Italian modern and the food is delicious and creative. My wife had the four course prix, while I order ala carte from the 8 course. The pasta with blue lobster was superb as was the pasta with veal. The wine... More

Lovely, romantic restaurant! We had the four-course tasting menu. Simply delicious and friendly service. We liked it so much, we came back a second time! The pesce and the risotto were especially outstanding!

My husband and I chose Bussia for a romantic anniversary dinner and it definitely fit the bill! The courses and wine pairings were all so interesting and delicious, and our server did an excellent job explaining the dishes and wine origins. Also, the chef was very accommodating of food allergies. We couldn't have chosen a better spot for a special... More

This establishment is trying to be on the cutting edge of the new deconstruction food trend. They seem to have gotten the idea that the visual is what it is all about. The food at times is decorative but the taste is ordinary with little detail to the true distinction of taste. Even the visual effects missed the mark as... More

We had the blue lobster tagliatelle and the sirloin beef a la carte, and this was amazing! Rich with flavor and perfect cooked. It is cool that the restaurant let's you pick from the set menu if you're not into a tasting menu. The staff is super friendly and really eager to help you. They're good with wine pairing and...
