Great friendly helpful staff that went out of there way to assist with any questions and advice on drinks
The title says it all. The worst Irish bar i have ever set foot in and i have set foot in many. The pints were flatter than a plate full of piss. The bar itself felt dirty. Whatever they were trying to stream on the...telly was just showing an error message with staff not caring. However, the creme de la creme was the toilets. The metal toilet bowl gave it a vibe of a prison cell. However, i think a prison toilet would be better as the smell was awful. On closer inspection it turns out someone decided to leave three large presents of poo in the waste paper bin. And this was only at 3pm!More
We found this bar on our last evening out the service was excellent and as the lass who was serving us said the measures are chunky but feckit your on holiday, will definitely return when we visit again.
Having stayed at a very nearby hotel, this became our go to spot for a beer/wine. Though many might see Blarney Stone as just another bar, I can attest that the staff are super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.
First this goes out to Patti (the one that works!) for his warm and friendly personality! This would be our place if we lived in Amsterdam. Clara and Dean (friend not boyfriend) were fun and informative. We laughed for what seemed like hours. I could...go on and on about this place, Patti definitely made our trip- Thanks!More
Immediately I felt at home in this friendly atmosphere. Met Mick, Caroline, Morten and had a great day chilling, relaxing and people watching. Very much keen to see more of Amsterdam and revisit this welcoming multicultural Irish spot.
Great place for three night stay the staff were all really friendly and the breakfast was great, will be returning
After finishing my coffee 20 mins before food turned up.. eggs sausage and beans was flat cold. Not ideal for 9 euro! food taken and waited another 25 mins and didn't receive anything... manager told me how can food be cold and its busy cant...I see that. the worst service I have ever received disappointed really!More
Not the best place to go for a drink! Check the prices and your change on each purchase as prices do vary, even with the same bar staff??? (Dark haired women in her 30's/40's served us.... Not Good!!!)
Wasn't expecting much, but the Guinness here is great. Staff are friendly and give good service. Nice atmosphere, would recommend.
This pub was like most Irish bars, full of young couples and families. Very friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Nothing to make it stand out as better of worse than any other bar in Amsterdam.
This is a wee gem of a place, the girl behind the bar has great customer service. Had a bite to eat but to be honest it wasn't anything special just a snack. We went back the next day as it's nice and relaxed with...good beer.More
Went in for a quick drink and something to eat, lady behind bar said take a seat and she would come and take our order- she never did, 15 mins later we had to go to the bar and order. Ordered a cheese toastie took...30mins to arrive and it was hardly toasted. The tables are all very dirty and the place has very low levels of cleanliness. Would not recommend at all.More
Possibly the worst bar I have ever been to abroad! Service was awful! Took over 20mins to get my first beer as the bar lady was smoking in the ‘smoking room’ also giving free drinks all night to a select few ‘friends’! Really wouldn’t recommend...unless you’re in the ‘clique’More
