A discrete charming tea-room. I wanted to taste their hot chocolate, excellent indeed. The biscuit that came with it was delicious hence I decided to buy some delights to go. Their chocolate pralines are really awesome and you can choose your favourites one by one, the lady was very patient and took the time to explain what they were made... More

A delicious place , if you are lucky enough to get a table , take a hot chocolate or a tea with one of the most exquisite patisseries in Amsterdam. The decor reminds of 19TH century . A must do.

Only there once but this bakery stands above most of what Amsterdam has to offer in terms of very high quality pastry. The bagels shoppes are in a different category to me so perhaps that explains the low overall review standing. I had an apple torte slice that was more like a galette and just perfect - much better and... More

In the Center of Negen Straatjes you find this great bakery. He serves the best pastery with your coffee. Fantastic, handmade, by the owner. On the question of a customer 'Is it tasty?" He answered: "Otherwise I had not made it ..." You need more?

This is the place to go for a sugar hit especially on a cold rainy day! From the moment you step inside, your senses are hit with all sorts of tempting cakes and chocolate's. I plumped for a chocolate mouse meringue confection while my mum had a slice of coffee and walnut cake. Alongside the cake we ordered hot drinks... More

Was drawn in by the amazing window display. Fabulous chocolates and delicacies, hand made chocolates and cakes. We stopped for a hot chocolate and a coffee latte, both were delicious with a complimentary little cake on the side. Delicious, will be back here again.

I read the reviews about this place, which is why I decided to stop by and I must agree that everything is delicious and reasonably priced! I read about the champagne mousse/chocolate tart and I can't agree more with the other reviews. I would also recommend the orange covered in chocolate as it's basically an authentic jafa cake brimming with... More
