Just back from Amsterdam and couldnt help but review this place. Great for a treat, so many delicious cakes, treats, chocolates or desserts. Definitely recommend for a visit. Superb

For chocolate lovers this is heaven. Or if you like a marvellous cookie or cake. This place never disappoints. Clearly not cheap but worth every penny.

My wife and I stopped here for a hot chocolate after reading reviews. The shop is pretty and the chocolates and cakes are well presented. Pompadour is a classy chocolatier located on Huidenstraat between Keizersgracht and Herensgracht canals. Here you can find delicious chocolates and tearoom for cakes, coffee and tea. My husband and I stumbled upon this place as we were walking around the neighborhood where are hotel is located. We picked up some lovely pastries and chocolates and they were wonderful.
