This is a truly authentic Portuguese place. The wines are all very nice wines from different regions of Portugal and the food was immaculate! We had the grilled sardines and seafood arroz which was perfect. I like the place and it's surely worth visiting again.

This is our second trip to Amsterdam and we brought friends here for dinner. The food and service were amazing! The pork and clams was so tasty and enjoyable. The piri-piri chicken rivaled what we had in Lisboa. Put this in your must go to places to eat.

A friend had recommended Portugalia to us and we were so happy we listened. This is a meal meant to be savored - not a place to go if you are in a rush. Our server was busy but very professional and took his time with us and our questions. We started with a small glass of Genever (a Dutch... More

Food was decent, Portuguese wine was great. The staff we're apparently short handed as the wait for drinks told was waaay too long.

I am Portuguese and I have never been to such a place with such horrible rude staff. Avoid this place. I think I have never been in a restaurant for such a short period of time. Not even 5 minutes at the table. They prefer to have empty tables then paying customers. Good bye.

Our favourite restaurant in the city. Consistently good food, wine & atmosphere. Family run & friendly, we have been coming here for 4 years, feels like a home from home!

This place was close to our hotel and recommended by a friend. It didn't disappoint. The Bacalhau com Natas was well prepared and very tasty. The Piri-Piri Chicken was fantastic with a nice spicy dipping sauce. They have a nice selection of Portuguese wines to choose from. Well worth the visit.

We have eaten at the Portugalia restaurant many times over the years. It's a wonderful family owned business. Great fresh seafood, pork and chicken dishes. Everyone is very friendly and a helpful with making the right selection. Thanks to everyone for another relaxing meal.
