I cycle in this area a great deal. This cafe is excellent and run by very friendly staff. Prices are extremely competitive and the food good homemade fayre. The scones are especially good.

Had a full large breakfast which was fantastic, quality ingredients used. Well cooked and brilliant staff and at a good price too. This is a must if stopping in or near Longnor.

The young ladies in this tea room are really efficient. There is no pomposity, just good and friendly service. As we had a bus to catch, they kindly bagged up our goods. Will visit again.

We visited twice as it was the closest place to our campsite that allowed dogs inside. It's welcoming, the food is good. There is free wifi which is a nice touch, especially as there is no 3 or 4g in the area.

Longnor, a pretty village just off the A515 Buxton to Ashbourne Road. For such a small village it has 2 coffee/tea rooms and a number of pubs. We were on our way to a school fete and stopped for refreshments, 2 bacon barms and 2 hot drinks. We arrived just in time as within 10 minutes the little cafe, which... More

Me and my partner visited here early Sunday morning much to our delight that it was open for us to have some breakfast after our rainy night camping! Beautiful food, big portions, refillable tea and coffee lovely atmosphere and great staff. Would recommend the food to anyone I'm still stuffed :). Xxx

not perfect - they brought tea not coffee and two large breakfasts instead of one large and one small and also eggs on both when one was without. Oh dear that did mean I had to eat some of my wife's as well - staff friendly - free wifi was good and the food saw me feeling satisfied for most... More

Possibly the best cheese and bacon oatcakes I have had in many years. If you are traveling through the peak district make sure Longnor is on your route. If it isn't get off the main roads like the A515 and find Cobbles Tea room. Trust me you are missing a gem. Free tea top ups too.....

Thanks for being so accommodating to us and our dog over half term. But must of all thank you for opening up again to sell us some ice creams ! I had been coaxing the children through the long walk with the promise of cherry Bakewell cones! We arrived at the foot and it was closed 😁 - thanks to... More
