I am sure every guide mentions these delicious, small macaroons ... there is a reason: THEY ARE DELICIOUS and you can get various sized boxes of them. They recommend eating them within 2-4 days if you keep them refrigerated. My wife says they are even better than Ladurée which are a bit too sweet. I liked them all equally :-)

It is a favorite of a lot of people but I prefer Teuscher (Zurich near Zeughauskelker) or Aeushbach (Zug)

Exquisite sweet treats - worth every Swiss frank lol... We got an assortment of treats here and every single one did not disappoint. The macaroons (luxemburgerli) were just divine - melts in your mouth. If you are ever in Zurich, you must visit this place in the heart of Bahnhofstrasse. It's a must go!

I like macaron, I love luxemburgerli. If anyone is going and coming back to NY, I will pay to have them brought back. More than any, the best flavor is the Rosemary Honey. It was the flavor of the month and my mouth is watering just thinking about them.

We have been several times and we always enjoy the pastries but they the service is not top notch and it is definitely expensive. All in all is a place to try at least once but it could do with a little better and warmer service and lower prices for coffees ....

Super lively place. Good food, great service, anybody friendly environment. Great chocolate place. After eating there, you can still shop for more at their shop downstairs. 👍🏼👍🏼

The ' luxinbuglie ' ( macaroon ) are a must . They are so fresh that they just melt in your mouth . Go for the assortment of different flavors , all in one box . The packaging and presentation is just first class .

Sprüngli is a very traditional and old Swiss chocolate shop at the Paradeplatz in downtown Zürich. It's popular for breakfast and lunch. It was long rumored that this is where wealthy Swiss women secretly met their lovers ... however I think that is likely a myth. The owner's name added to the German word "sideways" means to have an affair... More

Had a coffee and some cake. Selection in the cafe is limited but nice for cakes. Had a cappuccino which was good. Best part was the seating outside for some sun and watching the day go by.
