The restaurant is located one street away from the main tourist street. It is traditionally decorated with wood furniture. We tried the standard cheese fondue. You get potato and bread included and we added the peers and pineapple. All tasted excellent. Service was sometime slow.

The best place to go for raclette or fondue. The raclette is served hot to order and is all you can eat. The fondue has the option with or without alcohol in the cheese, and you can choose a variety of sides to dip in....Can't wait to come back when we're back in Zurich!More

A block above the main tourist street is this fondue restaurant. Small but very good fondue. We found that there were very few tourists, mostly locals, and the fondue was delicious. If you are looking for a more authentic fondue experience, away from the tourist...crowds, then this a perfect place.More

I was as traveling to Zurich alone. I tried twice to dine here. Both times there were vacant tables. The waitresses who greeted said tables are all reserved all evening. These visits were on early. Weeknights. Clearly they only want groups. Why not just say...it?More

The restaurant is quite small, but we got a little booth for two that was really nice. We walked in and were seated on arrival for dinner. We ordered the half and half cheese fondue without alcohol and it was great. They bring you a...basket of bread and small baked potatoes to start, and the refill the bread/potatoes with request until you run out of cheese. The two of us were very full afterward :) I would go again.More

The fondue was great and plentiful. My wife and I couldn’t finish and believe me we tried. Reservations are essential. We saw a lot of people get turned away

This is the first meal after we landed Zurich. We were so happy to find this restaurant. All of our dishes were so delicious , I still remember the soft cheese on flat bread, the cheese was so soft and yummy, it's different from the...ones we had in US. Staff is friendly, portion is about right. We don't like big portion that we can't finish but we can't take home because of traveling. The restaurant is located in the old town and near lake Zurich, and we can walk around after the cheesy meal. I will visit this restaurant when I return to Zurich next time.More

I have to say this was am interesting take on an image of Raclette I had in my head by this I mean they provided the pickles and potatoes at the table and rather than providing the cheese for you to melt yourself like i...expected it came out pre melted on a plate. In saying that it was very tasty and probably the best raclette cheese I have tasted. The lemon sorbet with vodka was a welcome relief. Staff were really welcoming and great service Would recommend a visitMore

We made reservations to dine here about a month earlier knowing we would be spending two days in Zurich. Due to some confusion on my part, the reservations got cancelled but the restaurant still honored them and let us dine at our original time. it...was our first dinner in Zurich and we really enjoyed it - while having nothing to compare it to, we really enjoyed the "Swiss" feel of the place. Our fondue was great as well.More

Lovely little cosy restaurant located about 5 mins from the Grossmunster. The waitress was so helpful - i am sure she must have to explain 20 times a day about the fondue, and most importantly about scraping the pan when you have finished to get...the best bits, but it didn’t come across that way. Only fondue i have ever had in switerland so i can’t comment on how good it was but i enjoyed it.More

This place was across the street from my hotel. I was on solo travel to Zurich and on a whim decided that I wanted to try fondue, early evening on a Monday night. It's an intimate place, maybe ten to fifteen tables max. I went...in and it looked moderately busy. I asked if they could fit me in, and the waitstaff went out of their way to find a spot for me. They said that there was an opening for an hour. The staff expeditiously took my order and brought out the fondue and wine for me. They even showed me that the cooked, congealed fondue at the bottom of the crockpot that you scrape up is the best part of the meal. Food was hot and tasty and came out blazingly fast. Would definitely recommend for someone looking to try fondue in Zurich.More

Usually locals eat raclette in cooler weathers, but I find myself in Zurich after a year and a half without travel, so my choice for a local cuisine is clear. The positive effect of Covid was that the restaurant was empty, tourists still did not...start coming, and as said, local do not eat raclette in a warm June weather. The raclette was tasty, made of two Swiss cheeses half and half, with white wine, kirsch and freshly ground pepper. I dipped into the boiling swirling cheese mixture pieces of bread and baby potatoes, and ate my fill, sending it down with cold local beer. I ended this meal with Creme Caramel which had a definite home taste with caramelized sugar sauce that had pleasant bitter after taste. Good stuff.More

Awesome experience. 10/10 would reccomend without any doubt. The waiter advised us with the perfect bottle of white wine to go with the classic cheese fondant. Italy loves Switzerland...
