Walked 20 minutes to get here having searched for bars that were open only to find that the whole place is closed due to a private party!! The staff didn’t give a damn! Rude and uninviting. I won’t ever go back!!
This was not an inviting experience. Maybe we were there on an off day but the staff were inattentive and snarky to point of outright rudeness.
Though the whiskey choices were decent, the beer selection was sub par.
And it's extremely expensive. 4 euro more...More

Not cheap but this is Zürich and the JJ is worth it. Wonderful atmosphere, lots of space, truly brilliant staff and great food. When I want to relax and enjoy the ambience, I go to the James Joyce. Never been disappointed.
