Service was perfect despite we arrived 15 mins before closure, all waiters were super polite and helpful. Steak was delicious and amazingly well done.

Great food, great service. It really feels like a travel to Spain for a while. The place is nicely decorated, and the staff just treats us like royalty. It feels good when you are made important being a customer. Very friendly staff that took us through the choices on the menu... Had a great Portuguese wine with the meal. Started... More

This is not a cheap place (what is cheap in Switzerland anyway?), but if you have the urge to eat well and do not want to waste money in a random Swiss restaurant or chain, well, Gran Sasso is THE place. A Spanish restaurant run by a Galician, who usually are hard and honest workers with a great cooking ability,... More

Excellent filet steak - well spiced and perfectly cooked over coals. The wine list is really expensive with hardly any choice at the lower end below CHF 60. The tiramisu is not great despite some good previous reviews on this site. The service is solid and friendly. The décor is welcoming.

You come here for a steaks and they don't disappoint. The interior is nicely decorated in a spanish style, the atmosphere is great and the service is friendly. I'm going back at some point.

You will probably not walk by this restaurant as it is not in the touristy area; but it is easy to reach by car or public transport. I got it via a groupon. The quality in the restaurant is great. It is fairly small and has a chalk-coal grill inside where the Chef grills the meat and fish. When I... More

Food is quite good. I had the veal filet with patatoes. They served it with fresh baked bread, wich was exellent, and patatoes directly from the pan. As well 3 different kind of sauces. Moderate prices (for Zurich standard). The service is a bit slow but friendly. Recomended restaurant.

We have visited this restaurant about a year ago and have been there recently again. Nothing has changed. You get excellent food, superbly cooked. The paella is a must (order in advance, for at least two people). You feel being in Spain. Just recently we tried the tenderloin beef from the grill. You could choose between several sides and it...
