Innovative track system moves the dishes around the tables and you can select what you want. Also they will prepare anything else from the menu. All fresh and well presented, just a little underwhelming and as usual in Switzerland the prices are too high for what you get. Not the best sushi we have had but the kids enjoyed the... More

It is a very nice place to eat Japanese Sushi or Sashimi. The cold Sake is very good. You can also enjoy Kaiten Sushi. If you have time first drink a good glass of wine at the Felsen Keller ( 40 meters from the Asahi) and when go for diner to the Asahi.

The offers for quality Japanese food in Switzerland are a still a bit limited especially outside Zürich. Asahi is a well run place with a nice kaiten and attention to the guests. The quality of sushi and sashimi is good, some versions were not available that night - which I however took as a very positive sign. Interior is pleasing.... More

This restaurant really serves the best sushi I ever had. It so different from other popular sushi places. The taste is refined and the fish is great. It's clear that this it is prepared by a real sushi cook. It's expensive but I'd rather go here once than twice to any other sushi place.

the owner and the japanese cook are nice and excellent quality. it is a small place in the outer skirts of the old town in Zug. Just next to several of the main monuments and tourist spots in Zug (not that many anyway). Worth a visit.

We've been to all sushi places in Zug and several in Zürich, as well as many around the world including in Japan and California and this is really good sushi - definitely the best in Zug, possibly in Zürich too.

Authentic Japanese food. Try the dessert Daifuku, though it's not handmade by the cook. They have no delivery but take away. Make you order by phone before 18h and pick it up.

Not that we are spoiled with choices in Zug for exotic cuisines. But having said that, it is a good place to eat. There is still the same chef since i arrived here 13 years ago and running strong. Always freshly done sushi, salads and hot dishes. Service is not overly friendly, but OK. Can endure it as long as... More

Have been here a couple of times and there sushi is good, nice service. Maybe a bit more variation on the menu ? Further they can still raise the quality of the fish they are using. A bit to expensive in my point of view..

Here I found good sushi and a choice between 3 kinds of good Japanese beer. It's not cheap but fair compares to prices in general in Zug. If you are into sushi - try this one out. I'll go again next time I'm in Zug. Few people when I arrived but soon it was lively and quite cosy...
