This place is little off the road and slight difficult to reach but once u r in there its a surprise to see such a hidden gem and ya from outside you might feel where have you reached after climbing those steep roads but once...u get in it’s a lovely and cozy place.traditional cheese fondue is a must try and rosti had no salt so I din like it much.the dessert I had was delicious.service very good.smiling and kind peopleMore
Salads are ok but main courses are terrible to say the least. Service is hit and miss and while the waitresses are working hard, the manager is doing absolutely nothing…. I would never go back specially when you have so many other great options in...Montreux and Vevey.More

This restaurant has a lot of charm - it’s in a lovely setting with very friendly staff and the fact it’s a traditional restaurant with fondues and cook-your-own options makes it a novel experience. However, you pay a premium and it’s not the best value...for money. In my opinion, the food was good but not amazing.More

Charming, out of the way restaurant with delicious food! The restaurant is a decent walk uphill from the tourist part of Montreux., but worth the walk!
We loved the charm and the food was delicious. We had fondue, homemade Rösti, and the charmonnade. Even though this feels like a hidden gem, be sure to get reservations in advance.
We booked a few hours before visiting & glad we did because the restaurant was very busy shortly after we arrived. Ordered drinks & a cheese fondue & raclette. Both were delicious. My wife and I went for fondue and had a great traditional Swiss meal. The ambiance of the place is really cozy in a cave-like setting. We had a 7:30 reservation on a Thursday and it wasn't crowded at all. The fondue was excellent. I...wish I could have tried other things on the menu but we were so full! I wish we could have taken advantage of the outdoor area but it was cold and rainy on our trip. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a great fondue experience in Montreux!More
We had the reservation at 18:30 and we probably stayed there until 21:40 because of how slow the service and the food was . Two times we had to get up from the table to find someone of the personnel to ask for something ....The food was really good though and the place that the restaurant is ! A bit pricey in some dishes too.More
we had a party of 12 and had a great table, large, square and perfect for conversation, the meat was high quality, the broth was great for cooking, the gas fired fondue pots were great
Starting with the ambiance to the food to our waiter, everything was so wonderful!! The inside of the restaurant was enchanting and cozy! Our waiter and his suggestions couldn’t have been any better! We decided on this restaurant because we wanted the best fondue. We...were not let down! Our waiters suggestion of the do it yourself bbq was absolutely worth it! With the bbq comes homemade augratin potato’s which were out of this world! The wine suggested of a local Pinot noir complimented our meal wonderfully! We would go back in a heart beat!More

We had a meat fondue which was fun to eat. The only people in the restaurant were tourists and the staff wasn't very helpful. Still, the food was delicious. Make sure to ask about ingredients if you have allergies.
Excellent restaurant if you are looking for some traditional Suisse dishes! We had cheese fondue and the rösti, and both were very tasty. Also the atmosphere is really nice ad cosy, very typical! 5 stars!

this is definitely one of the best restaurants in Montreux.. Fantastic setting, in what seem to be old wine vaults, great Swiss food. We all had cheese fondue.. really good.. their other traditional dishes are all good too. We have been a few times before...and will definitely go again, and again..!More
