Have visited a few times already. Food is consitently good and so is service. Last time we went, our waiter Domenico was extremely friendly and attentive. Must say though that my meat was slightly overcooked which for 55.- steak is somewhat a disappointment. The venue is classic. I can get very hot on the upper floor. A safe choice in... More

A great place for both lunch and dinner, one of the best "brasserie" menus around. We love popping in for Saturday lunch with friends in between shopping around the St Francois area. Iconic spot with the locals. Must book to avoid disappointment.

Adequate food, decent service, but way, way overpriced. It's an ordinary restaurant with excessive price.

A very nice brasserie with friendly and efficient service. Book in advance and ask for a table upstairs. I particularly recommend the beef-filet with pepper sauce and the Crab cake. I would avoid the tarte tatin as dessert, fruits are tasteful but the pastry is like carton. Count between 20-30 CHF for a started and CHF 40-60 for the main... More

We loved the decor, ambiance, service and food so much that we returned twice during our stay in the city. The menu features a large variety of local, Swiss and French specialities alongside seasonal dishes. A typical Brasserie style setting with very good service, nice wine and dessert list and really good food. Not cheap, but what is, in Switzerland?!... More

A very busy and buzzing atmosphere. The entree of tuna carpaccio was just ok. The main was an excellent steak. We were in a large party of 10 and the service was very friendly and good given that it was busy and we were a big table.

When a restaurant is part of one of the best hotels in Lausanne, you expect an implacable service and most importantly a top quality food. Well, first make sure that you order a side with your main, even if it already includes a side or a starter as the portions are not huge. But the shocker was when a caterpillar... More

Lovely brasserie selection of light salads or more substantial fare. Always very busy so be sure to book a table. Service is impeccable.

A big juicy portion of tomahawk beef steak with a side dish of pomme de terre. It was medium rare done and tasty flavor. For desert had a pavlova that completed perfectly the evening.

A relatively nice brasserie, a bit old-school, with a typical Parisian-style service. Very professional service, not very charming or particularly amiable. The menu is not a big surprise but the cuisine is good. Nothing to write home about but nonetheless not disappointing. The place seems very popular so make sure you reserve in advance. I may return but would have... More
