Every dish that the highly skilled waiters served was delicious, starting from the freshly baked bread and appetizers to the main course and dessert. All evening we saw only happy faces, both from the waiters and from all guests, including our own ones :-)

My husband and I trusted the chef and opted for the chef's selection menu. Amazing. The rest of the family dined à la carte and they were happy, too. Stunning wine list!

As guests of the Omnia we had a great dinner at this restaurant. The food was a delight both in taste and site. The choice of wines were amazing. The level of service coupled with great food and wine made this a memorable dinner. The...food was a combination of different flavours and careful presentation, which we loved greatly. Highly recommend for a visit whilst in Zermatt.More

For us Omnia Restaurant was the worst restaurant we’ve been in Zermatt. It was supposed to be regular dinner with above the average food and ambience. We took a la cart dishes: 2 Pike perch as a starter and Sea bass and Crustacean Bisque as...main course. For the amuse-bouche, pike perch and bread - no questions, everything was perfect, however for the main course we had to wait about an hour. Even the staff was really sorry for such a big delay and they excluded all the food from the bill - the evening was spoiled completely. It is important to note, that staff became sorry and embarrassed only after an hour had passed and we really were ready to leave the restaurant without any main course.More

I think my husband may have also posted a review. We had booked the restaurant at the Omnia is it was supposed to be outstanding. Despite having a month’s notice they were unable to accommodate my severe mushroom allergy upon arrival. What was particularly disturbing,...was that they only told me after we had ordered. The chef apparently informed the server that the only thing I could eat was a salad. I could have the fish dish but without sauce as every sauce had mushrooms in it. The hotel advertises this chef as having a Michelin star. What Michelin star chef cannot accommodate allergy requests? My husband was livid. We left as 1) having basically two choices on the menu - plain - is unacceptable and 2) we couldn’t be sure they would not make severely ill (using your Epipen on vacation is not the goal!) allergy sufferers (and those with intolerances) beware.More

Fine dining at its finest , very welcoming. For my dietary needs. My friend was mesmerised by the synchronised plate placement on the table. The restaurant has a very exclusive feel and enjoyed a nice relaxing recline by the lovely fireplace after our meal. The...floor plan was very intuitive as while we where dining we were not able to hear any other guests.More

Pretty food with no flavour the staff were LOVELY. Presentation of the food excellent and the wine pairings with the tasting menu are spot on but the food itself just has no substance. Everything was sooooo mild in flavour it got very boring very quickly....The best thing about it is the decor and the cheese selection. Save your money. There’s plenty of great eats in Zermatt. Pick one and go here for wine and a cheese platter after.More

Although it is a small restaurant, the food is authentic. This is Italian element, but all are local production for local consumption. 小さなレストランですが食事は本格的です。イタリアンの要素もありますが全て地産地消です。レストランだけでも行く価値ありです!
