While saying a the Omnia Hotel, we decided to eat-in after a long day of hiking. As frequent visitors to Zermatt we have had the opportunity to try various restaurants and believe the Omnia offers a true fine dining experience complete with delicious food and outstanding service. We are a family with two pre-teen children and were impressed with the... More

Intimate and very unique restaurant set in an exceptional property with superb views. Very unique vegetarian tasting menu - some courses more outstanding than others but overall great experience and highly recommended. Attentive and friendly service

We went for lunching the terrace. Waiter was nice enough but service was slow and inattentive. Food was so, so and very expensive. CHF 68 for two salads, one of them a chicken Cesar plus a water and a coke. The interior is soulless. Looks nice once, in the brochure. Bar area looks forlorn and reception looks like a lawyer's... The hotel restaurant is a real treat for all food lovers. Try the delicious gourmet menu by Chef Klemens Schraml - prepared with care and each course is beautifully presented! I had the pleasure to taste other delicious food during my stay such as the lobster rolls... A big compliment to the Chef and his team and thanks to the... More

Our dinner at the Omnia was truly fabulous. They are incredible flexible with the menu- letting diners choose from pre- fixe or al la carte, where you can mix and match menu items. Highly recommend the veal schnitzel.

We had a good meal here but it felt like the staff, the room the food was all trying to be incredible trendy and edgy. The food was good but not outstanding given the level of restaurants we had visited on this trip. The tables are set up for "group dining" so do not go unless you enjoy having someone... More

Dear KerwinN Many thanks for your review. I regret that you haven't enjoyed your dining experience among us to the fullest. The large granite tables are meant to give the feeling of a home table setting as we are a mountain lodge. With a space inbetween you and the other diners, you share the table bust still have more space... More

A must for all travelling to this beautiful location. The meal exceeded our expectations and the staff were very friendly and more than happy to help with anything. I would like to say a big thank you to Kevin who was on the front desk the day before we dined. He showed us around the hotel and is a real... More

This was rather poor experience. I was expecting fabulous meals and to be honest didn't really enjoy any of the dishes. The bread selection was interesting though. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

We recently dined at the Omnia restaurant for my sister's birthday. Martin was absolutely incredible, making great suggestions on what to eat and even what to do in town. Every dish was perfectly executed, and the service was flawless! We had to go back for a second time during our one week trip. Martin made sure it was an evening... More

We went there for my birthday. I had preselected my tasting menu which needed slight adaptations as I have many allergies. The presentation of the breads with the salts and oils was a work of art. The team were accommodating and creative the food was gorgeous. I even got an extra edible surprise at the end with a candle -... More
